I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt disrespected and poorly treated in this luxury store. My friend and I visited Monaco for the first time and wanted to see how this store differs from the Hermès in the U.S. However, from the moment we entered, no staff approached us. After wandering for a while, we still didn't receive any assistance. Eventually, we stood at the scarf counter and waved for a sales assistant for several minutes before someone finally came over to help us. I assumed the sales staff lacked motivation because we weren't buying enough to earn commission. This cold attitude affected my mood, making me feel the products were also inferior. I even felt like turning away. This was the worst shopping experience I've had in any luxury store. Since then, I've lost all interest in the brand. A brand that does not respect its customers probably does not deserve their loyalty.

It was very hard to get anyone's attention in there to begin with. Once I was seen to, I had a wonderful sales assistant who was an absolute delight to work with, he was able to get the trainers that my mum wanted and even got me the bag that I've been trying to track down in 10 different Hermes branches! The reviews are very hit and miss for this branch but my experience was a good one compared to some of the other Hermes branches I've been to.

BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ ABT THEM. SOME OF THE SAs COME OFF AS RACIST. My 2 stars is for the SA who helped me and my mom, offered us drinks & help me find the perfect sandal. At the end of the transaction, she helped me with my tax return form and told me where to go at the airport to submit it. She’s was genuine and sweet. Kudos to her. FOR REFERENCE- she’s an older lady with glasses and a curly bob. She’s so adorable. While there waiting for a SA I saw one of them get mad because a woman tried on a shoe and didn’t buy. It’s like you MUST buy if you’re in there. I got myself a pair of Genius Sandal & got out of there. Will I be back,NOPE, DO I RECOMMEND: not really.

Today, my friend and I visited the Hermès store in Monaco, where we were welcomed by Chloe. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to find what we were looking for in each section. Even when items were out of stock, she politely informed us and answered all our questions. As we moved from one section to another, she maintained a friendly smile and even offered us cold orange juice, which was much appreciated in the August heat. I was delighted to find the bag I had been searching for. Thank you so much, Chloe; your professionalism and customer service are truly exemplary.

All the SAs there were too stuck up to serve or even greet walk-in customers especially tourists. I had to ask multiple SAs to help with purchasing a pair or shoes, to find the right size, yet at the end none helped. They kept emphasizing that everything there is apparently “out of stock” or “not for sale”. They were definitely glad to be serving, I assume, was a VIP or a local client though. The worst Hermes shop you can go to. Don’t bother going in cause you won’t get the same experience you would usually get at a Hermes shop.
