Very negative experience with being reimbursed for a flight that didn’t take place on a Valentine’s Day! Took 5 weeks of constant reminders and requests to be compensated. Eventually, 20% was withheld for admin charges of reimbursement processing!!! Shocking! Feel like being reimbursed twice the amount would not cover the moral and emotional frustration with HeliAir, but instead they add more to it!!! Bad Valentine’s experience with the same bad post service customer treatment. Would not go back again with my visiting guests and would not recommend to any of my friends. (One relief: the flight that never took place perhaps saved me from Taran deadly experience.)

Courtesy pick up from port and taken directly to heliport. On the helicopter within 15 minutes and Nice airport with in another 7 minutes. If they could drop you air side in Nice airport that would be icing on the cake! But also you have to go back though security at Nice airport.

First family helicopter ride. All very smooth because the heliport was quiet and few people booked in. We arrived 30 mins early and went straight out for our 10 min flight. No car immediately afterwards per my booking but a smart black mini bus arrived c 40mins later to take us into monte carlo.
