We visited twice in the same day in late May. First I purchased a black belt which was jammed into a dust bag made for a wallet and crammed into a box for a wallet as well. I was shopping so didn’t realize this until we returned to our hotel. We went back and bought three pairs of shoes and were glared at by three security guards standing a few feet behind us. The staff acted like they didn’t want us to buy anything more. I was wearing Gucci and I have a significant purchase history with the company but they acted like I wasn’t good enough for the Monaco location. They also didn’t properly prepare our Global Blue paperwork so we never got our VAT refund. Skip this location. The STAFF SHOULD REMEMBER that they are SIMPLY SHOP GIRLS and NOT MEMBERS of the GUCCI FAMILY!! That being said I love my shoes but am done with GUCCI moving forward!!

The brown-haired saleswoman was very arrogant towards us. She thought she was better than us and was simply unsympathetic. We bought a sweater which she just wrapped in paper and stuffed into the bag. There wasn't even proper packaging!!! Never again! Considering this saleswoman doesn't even live in Monaco, she's pretty arrogant!!!

My husband and I visited this location while vacationing. The staff and experience was a great one. Frederic Solar Fassin was our Client Advisor. Frederic is very personable, has a great sense of style and knowledgeable of the Gucci brand. He was very patient and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our selections. I recommend you ask for Frederic if you shop at this location.

Visited the store with my wife to by a new shoulder bag, was served by a very helpful gentlemen. Sadly the bag was too small so we went downstairs to look at shoes as my wife's Louboutins has some wear and she wanted to look nice for the Yacht show. As soon as we got down stairs a member of staff started following us round the store. I said hello but she just kept saying thank you and gesturing us to the leave. I have one many luxury stores and I know that, that is a code to the rest of the staff that A- you think we are going to steel something or B- you don't think we can afford anything. I was appalled by the service and we were very embarrassed as everyone in the store started looking as us. I do not expect this from your brand.
