    As a young couple, we were initially intimidated to go shopping for a ring at big brand names. That changed very quickly when we met Rosie, who helped us with finding exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us many great recommendations, which contributed to our great experience here.

    I had an appointment scheduled with their sales associate, Sophia, to view some jewelry over the weekend. I appreciated her arranging the appointment for me on short notice. However, the entire experience after that was absolutely terrible. When my husband and I arrived at the store, there were no seats available for us. We had to stand for a long time, and it was extremely uncomfortable. Eventually, after another customer left, only one chair became available—I sat down, but my husband had to keep standing. This is unacceptable for a luxury shopping experience. After finally purchasing a bracelet, we asked for a free parking voucher because this is what Sophia told me that each client can get a free parking voucher. Their security team kept us waiting without any updates. Only after we repeatedly followed up did they finally tell us that the vouchers were all gone. What a waste of our time! To make things worse, Sophia apologized for the poor experience and promised a small Mother’s Day gift as a gesture. Today is May 6th, and I haven’t received anything. When I reached out to follow up, she casually asked if I wanted some chocolate and said she could mail it out that day. Seriously? That felt like a complete brush-off. I could tell she never really cared. This is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I deeply regret choosing Graff. A luxury brand treating its customers this way is beyond disappointing. Stay away if you value your time and respect.

    Amazing customer service. We received the ring today, and they are just stunning. Thanks to Rosie, she really took her time and effort to make us feel valuable and taken care of. Both me and my husband’s size were out of stock, so we had to get shipped from out of country. Gladly I was updated every single step of the process till the final delivery. Plus the delivery was a week faster than the estimated time! Getting a wedding set was such a long journey to us. After searching and searching and comparing all the options, we finally choose GRAFF, and so glad we did :)

    Very bad experience. The Chinese sales lady Vivian kept asking us budget. And I picked three styles and she only give me two to try because she claims she feels I don’t really like the other one. Also during Covid, she didn’t do any sanitizing throughout the whole process. Just directly take out and directly put back in after I try. I also asked question about different color/clarity for price range, she get super impatient and don’t answer any of my questions. Worst experience ever at Graff, especially after visiting Harry Winston opposite the street where everyone is super nice and patient.
