Came on 29 November 2025. Your service was second to none. Nasser attended to my husband and I while the rest of the staff entertained our 4 children. They sat quietly on the steps. My second time visiting a Goyard store, and what a wonderful experience it was! There was no queue at the Monaco boutique, and I was warmly greeted by the doorman upon entry. I was then assisted by the wonderful Samba, who made the entire experience truly memorable. His kindness and professionalism made purchasing my Goyard bag even more special. I had a wonderful shopping experience at Goyard Monte Carlo!! Chole was very professional, patience and super friendly!! She always has a smile on! I appreciate her service! The floor manager was at the cashier, as I was making payments, she was still promoting to me the benefits of having a Goyard passport holder! She definitely is a great sales!! I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your Goyard store. I was yesterday (10.09.2025) and interested in purchasing a men’s bag that came in two sizes. The sales associate showed me the two green bags and informed me of the prices: €1,140 for the smaller size and €1,340 for the larger one. Since Goyard does not display prices on its website, I trusted this information.
When I asked to also see the black version of the bag for comparison, the sales associate brought me a small strap and explained that it came together with the bag. Based on this information, I proceeded with the purchase and paid €1,340. I then ordered the black bag as well and made another payment.
However, as I was leaving for the airport, I realized that the actual price of the bag was €1,100 and the small strap (key holder) cost an additional €240. This is when I understood that the sales associate had misled me by including an extra item without my consent, under the pretext that it was part of the bag.
I find this practice highly unacceptable and misleading, and I kindly request that you review this matter and provide me with an appropriate resolution.

I had an exceptional experience at this GOYARD location in Monaco, thanks entirely to Nasser and his outstanding level of service. From the moment I walked in, he offered a warm, professional welcome and attention to detail that truly elevated my visit. He brought out everything we were looking for and helped us decide on various products my partner and I considered. Nasser provided impeccable service throughout our visit, and I will absolutely be asking for him when I return. This store was excellent. There was no wait to get inside, and it had the best selection compared to all other Goyard stores I have been to around the world.

We went to the Goyard Store yesterday. We rushed there after a day on the beach and also looked like a day after the beach. We arrived at 7pm at closing time and the nice doorman still let us in (after some convincing). The closing rush was crazy, but we still got an excellent service. Even though we were wearing beach clothes and were buying probably the cheapest thing at the store, we still were handled with so much care and respect. Amazing experience!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Goyard store in Monaco today. The sales staff were incredibly rude, showing clear impatience and even rolling their eyes at me multiple times. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the salesperson. I have purchased from Goyard stores in other countries many times before and have never been treated with such disrespect. This experience has severely impacted my perception of the brand. On the same day, I visited other brand stores in Monaco, such as LV and Chanel, and even though they were crowded, the staff were extremely polite and provided excellent service. In contrast, the service at Goyard was highly disappointing. I will be writing an email to Goyard’s headquarters to report this issue. I hope the store takes customer experience seriously and improves its service attitude.
