The kindness and proactive help by the salesman at the Monaco store, was a first and very much appreciated, What I did not like is the fact that as a client I had to go to the aftersales to ask for the article to be carriable and then to have to go to the cash register to buy a bag for the second article and lastly, why can I pay with Carlo at the cash register and not when I pay at the specific section. This I find upsetting as it is a benefit to be able to pay by Carlo so why hide it. i liked it much better when you got support in the sections, they wrung up the articles you paid in 1 plae the registers and then you went back to collect your artiicles which were packaged and prepped to be carried off. Yesterday I was quite irritated to the running around the store... thank goodness it was empty. I think better customer service in this sense is needed.

It is located on the bottom floor and has a great selection of products. The technical customer service is very good and honest. The cashier was not knowledgeable but the service desk spoke great English and was very helpful about product details and the return policies. Bought a monitor for almost the same price as it was on Amazon so the prices seem fair.

We didn’t get chance to visit inside as it was Sunday and it’s closed but Shopping mall is really nice with all high end brands. It is very close to Casino, if you like shopping then it must be in your list.
