I had to cancel my credit card because fitness factory would not stop charging me. Then, they had nerve to put my account with debt collector. Had to remove from credit report via dispute! Everyone knows you cant enter if you havent paid your membership dues! Evil family run business looking for any dollar drop; run!!!

This is the cheapest gym option in downtown JC at around $50 a month. The workers are nice. The equipment is fine. The space is a bit small. The location is excellent. It's not exactly the cleanest or most well kept gym. For example, it took 4 months to fix the broken phone cubby in the sauna and they just plugged up the hole entirely instead of fixing the cubby. The light in the sauna is broken and the bench inside has definitely never been cleaned as long as I've been a member

Excellent gym, spotlessly clean and equipment is well maintained. Location is ideal as it is near PATH for anyone commuting to/from Jersey City. For locals, it's easily accessible through the Newport Mall. Personal trainers are readily available and provide practical and professional guidance. Pricing is fair and competitive. Highly recommend this gym to anyone considering a membership.
