Beware!!! Dishonest Sales approach! Purchased a bag recently from this store and had it shipped to the US. Was told there would be a 100 euro shipping charge. Was Never told there would be a duty charged in the US. When I contacted the sales rep Patrizia she made excuses saying she didn’t know the different charges state by state( there is no such thing). It is a US customs charge which she clearly knew. I emailed her while DHL still had the bag. DHL said they would return the package if the duty was not paid in 5 days. She asked me to wait until she was back from vacation to address the issue. Given the cost of the bag I was afraid to not pay the duty. After I paid the duty Patrizia and her boss said I should return the bag. They clearly knew I would be out the duty plus the shipping to and from Monte Carlo! The bag ended up costing me $500 more than if I took it from the store. Disgraceful customer service! Dishonest sales approach! Fendi brand forever tarnished in my eyes!
