    After my trip to Monaco, I would also like to leave a comment about Fairmont Monte Carlo.
    After my check-out, the hotel team found a necklace I had accidentally left behind and went above and beyond to return it to me. It was a very precious piece of jewelry, and I am truly grateful for their honesty, care, and professionalism.
    This level of service and attention to guests is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience

    Best location in MC coupled with amazing service.
    Top of the line gym (for someone who chooses hotels based on their gym- spacious, top equipment and great atmosphere).
    Breakfast at the Fairmont is great but Pietro makes it world-class. A mind-reader for coffee lovers—my cup was never empty, and a plate of what u wished for always seemed to "accidentally" appear right when I wanted them. Incredible service with a genuine smile.

    I went to the Hotel before for Charity Events. I stayed there for the First time and celebrated my Birthday. My Suite was nice, service was Great and they made from the Hotel and Lobby Bar every possible effort to ensure if I have a Great day. A heartfelt thank you to the whole Team.

    We stayed a few days ago at the Fairmont Monte Carlo and WOW!!! Our experience was absolutely spectacular.

    A special thank you to Alessandro from the Front Desk, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond, spoke to us in Spanish, and made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. Thank you so much, Alessandro!!! Thanks so much to your excellent service, our stay was truly amazing!!!!!

    The hotel itself is impeccable: beautiful, elegant, and perfectly maintained. Everything was just wonderful.

    We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ✨✨✨✨✨

    This place is horrendous! The staff for the most part is cold and unwelcoming. Made the huge mistake of spending my 40th birthday here. Im accustomed to the Fairmont in Scottsdale and San Francisco which are both top notch. You would think Monaco would be a home run, nope! Such rude people here. With the exception of the concierge who was trying to be kind, everyone else was rude and unimpressive. Called before we came as we are traveling as a family of 5 to ask if we could do a rollaway like we always do for our youngest son, and we were told “of course”.

    Walked in today exhausted from the lack of transportation options here and just needing to relax, but being told we would have to buy a second whole room… last minute. Well, for this price I would have just booked a suite! Then, even though it’s in the notes and I mentioned I’m here to celebrate my 40th not one single person wished a Happy Birthday.

    This is coming off graduating nursing school a month ago and the Fairmont San Francisco making me feel like royalty with hand written congrats and champagne and room upgrades. I wasn’t expecting any of that but, I was expecting a simple “happy birthday, ma’am” and decent service.

    Went to the bar for a coffee with Baileys only to get a cold coffee(not espresso) martini? I was pretty clear about a cup of coffee with shot of baileys. Bought my own champagne only to be told I can’t keep it in the fridge then having to go out of my way to get some ice in a bucket.

    These people don’t want to celebrate milestones with you and make you feel special, you are just a person holding a credit card. They are just trying to get as much money as they can for every little thing. All this and the hallways are dirty and banged up and the property isn’t even that impressive. Bird poop on the balconies, dirt in the hallways, hair left behind in the bathroom from previous customers. Stay somewhere else and save yourself the time and headache.

    I wish I didn’t have one night left, what a waste of time and money in Europe. Would have been better spent in Nice or Paris!

    Excellent hotel in the heart of Monaco.
    Outstanding service and truly professional staff. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and recently renovated, which makes the stay extremely comfortable. Everything is well maintained, elegant, and perfectly located. I would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel.

    The experience was matching Monaco's essence. The staff was friendly, professional, and the services without complaint. Of course, the view to the sea is an experience in itself.
    I would like to share a recommendation, though. The reason is that due to the large and open space lobby, especially at the entrance/doors, the atmosphere feels a little too "industrial", maybe "cold", unless the the intention is to keep the "business" feeling well highlighted. For me, there is room for a touch more warmth/welcoming. Perhaps a center piece would create this affect - a piece of art/a piece unique, or something from Fairmont's history.

    Smooth and welcoming check-in experience, our room was available 1.5 hrs prior to official check-in time. Helpful and very friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast location overlooking the sea. Hotel is located in the famous hairpin and just a short walk over to the Casino.

    It was my birthday...so we decided to travel instead of staying home. My daughter booked it. I give the hotel 4/5. Shout out to Remy, he was really pleasant and was happy to serve us whilst we were having our breakfast. Thank you Remy. Shout out also to the Portuguese guy (forgot his name) who brought the extra bed to our room. He was also nice, he was very helpful. Thank you. And also to the front desk people, thank you. The sea view from the 4th floor balcony was amazing.

    The service at the Fairmont in Monaco was outstanding. I accidentally left my wallet behind and needed it urgently for my next trip. The General Manager, César Alcobendas, went above and beyond to ensure I received it in time. I'm extremely pleased with their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend!

    Fairmont Monte Carlo really knows how to elevate event catering—especially during something as iconic as the Rolex Tennis Masters in Monaco.     This was our favorite hotel during our recent vacation through a few cities in France and Monaco. The staff, especially Matthew, were all very courteous and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room/balcony. The Lobby Lounge Restaurant and Bar had great food. The hotel is within walking distance of several other must see places in Monaco. An important thing to me is that we could set the thermostat down to much cooler than other hotels had and that allowed us to sleep better at night. So thankful for a good night’s sleep on vacation!

    This was our fifth time in two years at the Fairmont. Great place to stay and centrally located to visiting places. The hotel floors are sparkling clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Room service is fantastic. Restaurants have great atmosphere surrounded by the sea. The pool is excellent and kept very clean. Lifeguards and security are always on hand. Pool service for drinks and meals are very good. Housekeeping is always available when needed. Always request a sea view. It's so peaceful.

    My husband and I visited for his 50th birthday celebrations recently! The hotel is in prime location with the rooms being beautifully clean, fresh and welcoming. We stayed in one of the hairpin rooms and the views are exactly as you would expect, perfect for any car enthusiast. The facilities within the hotel are good, with the restaurants being welcoming with a wide range of food on offer. The only slightly annoying part of our stay was the swimming pool being closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay, something we were unaware of before arriving. Thankfully we were able to use an alternative pool near by but being aware before arrival would have been nice.
