I recently visited this beauty salon, expecting to find the perfect gift for my parents and a premium experience given the exorbitant prices. Unfortunately the services offered were far from justifying the excessive costs as they told me 200$ for a basic hairbrush without giving any further explanations. What I found the most embarassing was the fact they told me to go elsewhere as I was more an inconvenience than a valued customer

Not the experience and treatment I was expecting from a beauty center in Monaco!! I been there for a waxing package appointment: first of all the wax temperature was way too hot; Next during the hair removal I decided to add some extra waxing, I kindly ask if was possible and after the disappointment from the beautician I also had an unexpected surprise in the bill, she decided without giving me any previous communication that I was not anymore able to enjoy the package booked because I add some extra waxing instead of adding the extra treatment to the package. After this I payed and I had to come back because: 1they didn’t give me any receipt, 2 I was still have different sections of my body with hair!! Very disappointed I had the second surprise, when I come back to remove the remaining hair they tell me to repay the wax!! AGAIN without previous communication. CUSTOMER SERVICE 0
