Très mauvaise première expérience avec ce marchand. Colis reçu rapidement, carton en parfait état mais…l’emballage original de la crème était déchiré et le couvercle du récipient plastique dévissé et simplement posé dessus ! Le service clients que j’ai contacté m'a demandé des photos mais n'a jamais donné suite après les avoir reçues... Je n'achèterai donc plus sur ce site..

Pour ma part je suis très satisfait. Etat impeccable du colis à l'arrivée. Bien emballé. Envoi extrêmement rapide vers la Belgique (5 jours) et gratuit (même pour l'étranger) via Mondial Relay (pour un colis de 15kg ce n'est pas négligeable !). Le service clientèle a même pris le temps de répondre à une note que j'avais laissée lors de ma commande. Des prix extrêmement bas sur certains produits. J'ai vu quelques avis négatifs (que je ne remets pas en question) mais voilà je voulais apporter une note positive.

The worst and most aggressive customer service of Onaturel, which i believed is associated with Esprit Phyto. I received the parcel WIDE OPENED, I wrote an email telling onaturel about it. Instead of apologizing, the person who replied the email questioned me if it is true. And after sending photos as proof, onaturel still refused to refund me!! What a horrible company. It's a fraud. Anyway who wants to buy organic products online should go for ecco verde instead! Customer service at ecco verde is much much professional and much more understanding. One of the worst online shopping experience. The horrible, aggressive, rude and very unprofessional staff of onaturel who replied the email is just unacceptable.

This is an excellent site on which you can find all kinds of interesting French natural products for health and beauty. Many of their products are certified with the French organic mark "AB - Agriculture Biologique" so you can be sure the product originates from an organic and sustainable farm. If you need advice on usage and what to buy they are very helpful via the phone or the online chat function. I have shopped here for several years and always experienced quick delivery. Once I made a mistake and quickly got my money back after returning the wrongly ordered product. Recommended!

Attention escrocs !! Colis arrivé abimé au bout de 10 jours. Je renvoie des articles avec accord du vendeur et (droit de rétractation)... surprise, il les a bien reçu mais ne me rembourse pas. Aucune réaction à mes mails et mes tentatives de contacts par téléphone depuis 3 semaines maintenant... Donc il a les produits + mon argent !!! Je déconseille fortement ce site
