Expérience décevante 31/10/2024, je suis allée dans ce salon pour un simple brushing ondulé, mais le résultat était totalement différent de ce que j’avais demandé. Je me suis retrouvée avec une coiffure des années 80, malgré mes tentatives d’expliquer ce que je voulais. Malheureusement, le coiffeur s’est imposé en disant que “cela se faisait comme ça”, en ignorant mes souhaits. Le résultat ? 50 euros gaspillés et un “nid de rongeurs” sur la tête. J’ai dû rentrer chez moi, me laver immédiatement pour enlever la laque (que je n’avais même pas demandée) et refaire la coiffure moi-même. Une grande déception, tant pour l’écoute que pour le professionnalisme. Un personnel grossier qui regardait les clients de haut en bas pour voir leur valeur.

C'est toujours un plaisir de passer quelques heures chez Espace Beauté. On se sent vraiment chouchoutée, les prestations sont de haute qualité et l'accueil chaleureux nous met tout de suite à l'aise. Un lieu parfait pour se détendre et se faire belle !

The specialist Sandra has been extremely rude towards me, unmannered and unprofessional . Before her there was a lovely lash specialist but unfortunately she left for pregnancy leave . It’s already the second time I book an appointment well in advance as I’m coming from another country. Second time she calls me on the day of the appointment ( never bothers to call me in advance ) and cancels it in the morning saying there’s another client . I booked a ticket a day early and paid an extra day in the Hermitage TWICE already because she simply doesn’t take care of her planning at all. When I did finally get to the appointment after a battle ,the job was very portly done , I asked for a certain lamination effect ( that her colleague has previously done impeccably - I even showed Miss Sandra the picture ) and got a completely different result which damaged my eyelashes . Horrible Since I couldn’t do another lamination for 2 months and had to wait .very rude and poor attitude to clients , instead of apologizing and finding a way they blame you for taking an appointment , scream and say that it’s not their problem that you took an appointment . Very upsetting as it used to be my go to salon for almost 3 years

Que dire à part un grand bravo à ce salon ... Un accueil chaleureux et très professionnelle , une hygiène parfaite . Coté soin j'ai fait un massage relaxant aux huiles, très bien réalisé dans les bonnes règles et conditions, je suis pointilleux normalement mais rien a redire , c'est donc un sans faute ( merci a Fabienne ) . Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation .

Dropped without an appointment and they received me very well. did my roots and hair dry. Excellent work, attentive staff and clean and relaxing ambiance in the centre. i highly recommend it when in Monte carlo.
