When we arrived, they told us the only tables were up on the terrace. Okay with that but it was so hot so I asked them to put the umbrella up. On no they said it’s only the first sunny day we’ve had and no they couldn’t put it up. After 30 minutes waiting for our shrimp salad I asked could we have the vacant table down stairs out of the sun but again was told no. After 45 minutes of waiting we complained and left without anything to eat.

I was expecting to receive a nice bite to eat, considering the prices here. However, the Club sandwich I received was appalling; the toast was thin, and burnt; the filling was poor - only tiny pieces of chicken, tomato and iceberg lettuce. No condiments whatsoever, making it dry and bland. The staff were very adamant that because I had taken a bite, I could not be refunded. I was told that they were not a restaurant, but I believe that the quality of food should still match their prices.

We recently visited this bar, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. While they make it abundantly clear they are not a restaurant, basic food quality shouldn’t be overlooked. We ordered a club sandwich, hoping for a simple, enjoyable meal, but it was poorly prepared and utterly disappointing. When we requested mayonnaise to improve the taste, the response we received was not only unhelpful but condescending—we were told it would be “healthier” without it. Overall, it’s evident that neither food quality nor customer satisfaction is a priority here. This isn’t a venue we’d recommend or choose to revisit.

Popped in for a quick beer after my eldest lured in by a very attractive waitress. Thereafter the sales chat commenced wanting us to buy incredibly expensive cocktails. A beer was 19 Euros which is quite ridiculous and more expensive than Cafe de Paris..please avoid this place it’s just a scam.

An exceptional aperitif that begins with a curious olfactory tour and then arrives at a wonderful inner journey within himself... Bartender Beppe made us taste a drink that dusted off incredible sensations. Believe me...try it! In the meantime we could admire the creations of high jewelry of a new emerging brand NESS1 that completed the dream experience! Thank you very much

Be careful! If you're well off, you won't mind paying around €50 for each drink and the experience IS fun. But you won't see the prices before you're already trapped. So be cautious and ask for prices before you place an order. And the waitress pushed us for a tip when paying - I want to decide whether and how much to tip, not have the wait staff ask how much to add to the bill! ** Update ** A couple of months later we still feel that there wasn't price transparency or value BUT WE DID HAVE FUN. I want to acknowledge that. And the view is amazing. It's an experience we won't forget and we do have a giggle over it.

One of the best service experiences since being in France and Monaco! We had their perfume cocktail experience where you sample perfume fragrances based on the cocktails and the scent you choose is the cocktail you get. The presentation was amazing and the cocktails we chose were amazing! Darina took care of us while here and she was very knowledgeable and personable. She helped us with not only the menu but with the city and things to do. Definitely recommend this experience if you want to splurge on a rooftop/outdoor experience

Great view and very good service. However, as a negroni enthusiast, I must say the negroni presentation was subpar. The taske was great but it was served with an orange slice instead of peel and it had multiple smaller ice cubes instead of one big one.

This bar is a scam. Avoid at all costs. We were charged 200 Euros for 4 cocktails and were not informed of the cost of them before we were press ganged into ordering by an elaborate, theatrical endeavour by the waitress. It is an elaborate stunt. To make matters worse, I was then verbally pressured into leaving a tip. I can honestly say that this experience has ruined my holiday. I feel stupid and humiliated. And a lot poorer. The view from the seating is admittedly stunning but I left feeling stung.

The so-called "exclusive cocktails" cost 45 euros. The chips with guacamole were disappointing; 18 euros for tasteless chips that seemed to come from the bottom of a bag, with guacamole thrown onto the plate without attention. Unfortunately one of the few bars near the harbour

The waitress offers special drinks without specifying the price (€40). Once we checked the menu and pointed out that we would have gotten something else at that price, the waitress didn't accept the change because according to her the barman had already started preparing them (not true since we still waited a long time). At a certain point he offers us 'normal' drinks but still at the same increased price as the special drinks because the order has already been entered on the PDA. To make matters worse, the 3 drinks arrived within 10 minutes of each other. Truly a tragic experience. It's a shame because the location deserves it.

Me and my friend passed the hotel by coincidence but are so happy we went inside to ask if there was a rooftop upstairs.. We had the special experience with the perfumes it was something new we never seen before - we loved it. The staff was amazing especially Simone and Giuseppe they were so kind and enhanced our whole evening! Happy we found that place going back for sure.

Very nice rooftop especially the service not even to mention the food which is tip top. Price is perfect as well which isn’t too expensive with 30 euro cocktails. Especially the cocktails Sharon And the two servers Giuseppe and Simone which are truly the best passionate servers I have ever seen.

Great lunch at this rooftop with an amazing view on the marina. The staff is very friendly and gives good suggestions, Giuseppe was excellent, he guided us in the selection of really unique cocktails that remind of charming perfumes that you can then taste in your drink. Definitely a place to stop for a drink and some light bites.

15 euros for a simple glass of Minuty, not a single appetizer, the so-called most beautiful view of Monaco is non-existent (hidden by the trees). As soon as your glass is empty you receive your bill to clear. And the icing on the gift is the Amex card not accepted.

If you want a beer or an aperitif while sipping a spritz, you've come to the wrong place. On this beautiful terrace, from where you can enjoy a unique view of Monte Carlo, you can enjoy small olfactory experiences. You sip cocktails with unique flavors, liquid experiences. Simply spectacular!!! The staff was hilarious.... Not just the view, the panorama located in front of the port of Monte Carlo. The guys who serve are incredible. Michela, Nury (lovely) and Nicola super fascinating. Mythical. We would have stayed there all day, on that wonderful terrace, drinking, savoring exotic dishes and sweets. The breakfast was also incredible. I had ordered a gluten-free breakfast for my friend who has celiac disease and the variety they had available for her was absolutely unrepeatable. Thank you all. Super wonderful. We will be back!!

We stumbled across this bar when wanting to have a drink with a view. It is stunning to sit over the marina. The service team here are great. They are attentive and quick to help. It is a strange experience having the perfume smelling come around before ordering drinks. I was confused what was happening (that part wasn’t fully explained, the waitress quickly launched into it). It is a sales pitch for the incredibly highly priced cocktails. I had a cosmopolitan (not on the perfume list, still ~25€). For the price, it was a very average cocktail. It was semi frozen which was a nice touch but the flavours were disappointing. We had the guacamole which was delicious! Very expensive for a small portion but delicious. When a places charges these prices, you expect amenities like the bathroom to be well serviced. Unfortunately this was not the case. No soap & they needed a very good clean. For the price & the quality, I wouldn’t go back again. There are other places which could leave you much more satisfied.

Very lovely place with an extraordinary approach to serving cocktails. The quality of the cocktails was good too. The staff is very attentive( probably even too much 😂). I would prefer to have a bit more privacy. We stayed there only for short time, but in general had a good experience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. I forgot her name(I think Anastasia, but not sure). Recommend for visiting if you wanna have something special.

The prices are not the main issue with this place; it is how they try to sell you their drinks - like an old-car salesperson. The cocktails may be expensive, but the way the price is presented is SO CHEAP: it looks like a typical tourist trap with bad food, service, and inexperienced staff.

Very nice staff, especially Darina was very accommodating and more than nice! Other bars turned us away because we only wanted a drink, here we were warmly welcomed. The drinks are a bit more expensive, but what do you expect. Still, it's very nice here, you have a great view of the marina and the surrounding buildings. We will be back!

Great location, good food, slow service, and pretentious drinks. It took us 20 minutes to get someone to stop by since we sat down. They will be quick to offer you the "box" of perfumed drinks that are nothing special but a good story to tell and drinks that will, next day, leave you with a headache. The food and drinks are good and expensive for what they are. On a weekend, they ran out of the entire white wine selection and one essential ingredient of 2 dishes. We had to ask for the bill twice, not sure why they didn't want us to leave..

One of the best places in Monaco! Staff is the kindest ever, they introduce you the cocktails in details, allowing you to experience the best taste. Everything is so studied in detail from water, to napkins, from cocktails to food. We had 2 of the cocktails from the list, done from Grasse’s fragrances, and few dishes to share. Food was also very good. The view is unique on Monaco’s port. Super super recommended!

One of the most beautiful spots in Monaco, located on the roof top of the boutique hotel Miramar, overlooking the Grand Prix arena. We were attracted to that spot by the fresh flowery and fruity scent vibrating out of the terrace. Nicola, the mastermind and manager responsible for this attraction, greeted us at the entrance but apologized that the terrace was not open to the public yet. When we expressed how our journey of following the beautiful scent lead us to the terrace, he invited us in. The very generous young man had a table set and ready for us, he invited us for breakfast and coffee on the house, and this is where the story starts. The story of their exotic, vibrant, scented cocktails that you can choose from their perfume cabinet combined with … the rest of the story is for you to discover … To me, It was an experience lived. To you, it is an experience to be discovered.
