I had the most exceptional shopping experience at Dior in Monaco, thanks to the incredible Louise! I purchased a jacket, and my partner got a pouch along with a few other items. Louise was beyond amazing—extremely helpful, funny, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. We were even served coffee and water, and I was given a beautiful birthday gift, which made the day even more special. 🎁 The level of service we received was unforgettable, and it left such an impression that we returned to the store with flowers and chocolates to thank Louise personally—she truly deserved it all. This is an experience I’ll cherish forever! 💐

I bought some women's Dior shoes (slippers) and after an hour of wearing them the leather inside was ruined. I immediately contacted Dior and after 2 months of waiting, they replied that the shoes cannot be replaced because it is a normal thing after wearing them! I'm really disappointed with Dior because I've never had such a disrespectful experience in my life! for them it is normal that the internal leather gets ruined after wearing them only once, after spending 800 euros they make me wait 2 months to tell me that the shoes can not be changed! without words!

Had such good service at Dior Monaco shopping with Franck! He was so helpful getting me my perfect book bag, we came back later on our trip for a matching twilly. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Monaco!

The Dior shop in Monaco had better customer service than any of its surrounding competitors. I had a pleasant experience in their air conditioned location next to the Monte Carlo casino. In the ground floor is women’s, and the downstairs has a fast selection for men’s. I was helped by two lovely sales associates, but unfortunately they did not have my size. Oh well, next time!

I would like to express my experience I received at Dior Monaco recently. I would like to state that the customer service was just unbelievable! It wasnt busy at all, heaps of staff, zero attention! Feeling of being ignored, judged rather and not welcomed, not even a smile. Came up to one man myself to ask for help. Other staff look at you with judgement rather with welcoming, warm and friendly manner ! Went to the second floor. Lady with violet/deep pink hair passed, no greetings, nothing, if I have been looked after or if I need any help, turned around to look at her, she looked too, but still nothing…..no even “ bonjour”I’m shosked.....are we in Dior in Monaco or somewhere else in mass market?! shocking ..... That man was about to bring mw something, left me waiting didn't offer anything, I was wondering there myself, at the end just left as I didn't have any desire, nor time to spend there anymore. Atmosphere in general not welcoming or friendly. All the staff that was there looking at me, but no help or greeting was in place. Shocking! And what's with the ripped old carpet on the second floor ....? Is there any management there ? some items with ripped tags….this is unbelievable. Also tried some classic bags, asked for size, size was ok, but handle too small for me, I said that, that man just said - no, its not small at all….yes, it is and I just said that ! Unbelievable! I also asked for some classy evening dress, he started showing me some extravagant dresses that weren’t even close to “classic”….zero attention, understanding and Dreadful customer service! Last time with/at Dior! What I went though was just a simple shop, not a boutique!
