NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM! Terrible experience with this company - due to a complete incompetence of agents, I lost €1245. You can notice that they do not put address on the web site. When I was asking a travel agent to give me a physical address of their office to talk to someone personally - I was denied this simple thing. Agents never give you their last names, neither it appears in their emails or signatures. I actually think this company is a pure scam. They sold me 3 tickets for a cruise. Before paying I explicitly asked what kind of documents I would need to travel (I was waiting for my student visa in Spain, and at that moment only had my passport, the residence permit card hasn't arrived yet). The agent Adolfo (Hitler is his last name I wonder?) assured me passport is enough, as I wouldn't leave the Shengen area. The same information regarding documents is provided on a ticket they send you. On the day of the trip I was surprised to find out that I actually did need my residence permit card. I cannot describe how upset and disappointed I was. Needless to say, the company hasn't returned me my money. I call it FRAUD. Strongly recommend against using the services of this company
