I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hair salon. I had booked an appointment specifically for a gala evening and had clearly informed the staff of the importance of the event and my tight schedule. I was staying at the hotel nearby and even came in a few days early to show the length of my hair and discuss my options. I explained that I wasn’t exactly sure what style I wanted, and was told I’d be paired with a stylist who would help me decide on the day of the appointment. I asked explicitly if there would be enough time to do something proper with my hair, as I absolutely needed to leave by 6:30 PM for the event. I was reassured that it wouldn’t be a problem. However, on the day of the appointment, it became obvious that there wasn’t enough time to do anything substantial. I was told it was impossible to work with my hair in the time left and questioned as to why I hadn’t repeated earlier that I had a strict deadline—despite having made that clear in advance. In the end, all they managed to do was wash and dry my hair with a basic blowout—nothing at all special. I was extremely upset, nearly in tears, because this gala meant a lot to me, and I walked out feeling completely let down. Still, I was charged €100 for what was essentially a wash and blow-dry, with no effort made to offer a discount or any kind of gesture of goodwill. The manager was supposed to call me back, but I never received any follow-up. I strongly advise against this salon. I will never return.

Shocking. He pretty much only used the trimmer, and barely touched the scissors (except the scissors to thin the hair). Finished in less than 10 minutes. And then charged me €50. The first post-shower glance at the mirror made it obvious going there was a big mistake. I’ll need to get my hair fixed very soon.

Today I came to the salon for the blow dry. I have nothing to say regarding professionals who work there, but the service is terrible! When I faced bad service, manager came to me to solve the issue and she was very rude. Managers don’t talk with clients like that. They don’t shout and they don’t threaten clients. I don’t think I will come here again. I don’t want to ruin my day.

I didn’t even make it to a salon chair, as my appointment was incorrectly booked on not just one occasion, but 3. Really frustrating & very little apology/empathy given on each occasion, which is really unprofessional. Very Disappointing :(
