Terrible service! When I called the CMS Monaco I was told they couldn't connect me with a manager or lawyer for a consultation. When I asked why, I received no answer and was told to email them. I asked for the email address, but they refused. They told me to find the address on their website, but there is no such information on the site. I repeated my request for the email address, but again I was refused. After that, they just hung up on me. The operators were rude and completely unwilling to help. This is terrible service. No one calls back, no one tries to assist. They just hang up the phone. Horrible, I do not recommend it.

Time wasters. Olivier Marquet promised to call back, never did. When I insisted they said they needed to check for conflict of interest, which took them 3 days. Finally said they could not do it. I wish they would have started with this procedure in the first place and waste my time.
