I bought some sneakers ended up bleeding I contacted them and they said basically that it was normal that the shoes could be rigid the first few times. Ended up not wearing them, I wasted 800€!

Unnecessarily poor. I bought a pair of €700 shoes for my wife, which were unfortunately the right size (40) but didn’t fit due to the inconsistency of sizing because they are hand made. No problem with that…… however I wasn’t alllowed a refund or an exchange. Disgraceful and unessecary. I won’t be making this mistake again - choosing Louboutin……
