USELESS GROUP WORK WITH MY FRIENDS THAT WAS FOR NOTHING
Very nice restaurant, I didn't try it but it served the menu and in general for a group work with my friends that allowed us to take a nice grade (hopefully). 5 stars 😊😊⭐⭐🍽️🍽️🥬🥬🥬. Many thanks to Chef Pierre and also to the staff. Thanks again and happy Easter

A niche of goodness and sympathy
Located inside the Métropole shopping center, this small and delightful restaurant is masterfully led by Pierre Baldelli, who has a long experience in famous and starred restaurants. Warm and elegant ambience, simple but refined and exquisite cuisine, top quality products, wines with excellent price / quality ratio are the main characteristics of this place. And then there is the sympathy of Pierre to which is added the even more explosive of his son Luca, to make the evening even more enjoyable and fun. Truly a pleasant discovery!

Pleasantly surprised by the warm and professional staff. I found the experience really original for Monaco, the classy side of a French bistro. As we no longer know today, I highly recommend that the quality of the dishes was exceptional.

The food was good, though not particularly distinctive. I was a bit surprised to be charged €7 for sparkling water that wasn’t a branded bottle like San Pellegrino, but simply a reusable filled bottle. The waiter only asked ‘still or sparkling’ and served it without explaining the options — and this was just for one person, for a single sip.
The main waiter was quite nice and attentive, but the younger waiter showed his attitude quite clearly. When I mentioned that I might walk in for dinner later depending on my plans rather than reservation, he didn’t even respond, just ignored me. As I walked out the door, there was no acknowledgment at all, which left a poor final impression.

Went today for lunch. The chef greeted us immediately when we walked in. Our waiter was fantastic, friendly and very attentive.
The escargot was phenomenal, as well as the ratatouille with the egg.
The chef also made sure that our glass of wine & water was always full. Highly recommend.

The best food we had on our 2 week trip. Staff were very attentive and very knowledgable about the food and wine. All the dishes we ordered were amazing and full of flavour, standouts were the lamb shoulder, ratatouille and the crème brûlée. We also had escargot, burrata and the steak frites. We also loved the history of the restaurant and the family run element. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Monaco!

Fabulous, I could eat here 7 nights a week!
Hidden away below the escalators at the entrance to the Metropole shopping centre is what I have experienced to the best place to eat in town! Great ambiance, welcoming, friendly and they care about their customers from arrival to the time you leave. The menu wasn't the largest but some great choices, I could easily dine there seven nights a week and not repeat the same starter, main course or desert, the menu choices were that good. Good wine list to suit all pockets. This is a family affair and it shows they love what they do and the customer comes first and service was the best I have experience anywhere, not just in Monte Carlo. Food was great and mums coffee and walnut cake with vanilla ice cream was excellent, mum also bakes a mean bakewell tart. Two of our party who are staying on a few days dine there again this week, lucky things.

Dinner and a show. The service here is beyond impeccable, the staff consists of a close knit family offering the best dining experience in Monaco. The food is phenomenal and the conversation with Chef and sons is equally enjoyable, with one of the sons containing a wealth of knowledge about local tradition and other tips about anything you can imagine. Fantastic family-owned restaurant serving typical French food classics at affordable prices. FOOD We fell in love with the devil’s eggs for starters which were a real treat we didn’t know we’d enjoy so much. The carrot soup was super tasty and creamy. For main I opted for a classic steak tartare, guaranteed greatness. The fondant au chocolat was suggested to us by top waiter Marco and it was a fantastic way to finish off our huge lunch. STAFF/SERVICE This is main reason to come in my opinion. It’s understated, down to earth with the friendliest of families running this bistrot. Pierre the owner and father knows how to run his restaurant efficiently whilst making sure each customer is taken care of. Luca, the younger brother runs the bar which overlooks the entire bistrot while Marco serves and takes orders. The entire family’s chemistry is so complimentary that you are guaranteed to leave the restaurant with a smile. Shoutout to Marco for making us laugh throughout our meal and taking good care of us. Such a gem of a restaurant, a refreshing break from the luxury and obnoxious behaviors that surrounds Monaco. LOCATION Located in the mall, just to the right once you come down the escalators. Closed on Sundays. Very central location, right next to the Monte Carlo casino. CONCLUSION: HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL RETURN NEXT TIME IN MONACO

Where do I start! Amazing restaurant, food is excellent. My husband and I went twice the same day. After having an incredible lunch, why not dinner as well!. We definitely will be back! This was my second visit to Chez Pierre--the first time for dinner. The service was immaculate, not unlike it previously was for lunch service. Luca and Marco paid special attention to the details. The staff maintain an acute awareness of everything happening in the room at any given moment and function as if you are the only table that matters (a table of seven in my party's case), while simultaneously doing the same for every other table. Luca and Marco will walk you through the menu, helping you decide on an item if you're unsure. I started with a St-Germaine Spritz and les escargots, followed by a 2020 Joseph Drouhin Santenay with le filet de loup (seabass) and sautéed spinach on the side. I have nothing negative to say about the meal. We finished the meal with a delicious slice of cake made by Marco & Luca's mother and the Le Chocolat Quenelle (neither pictured, as they were rapidly consumed). Chez Pierre is truly a family-run establishment from top to bottom, making the experience all the more special. My family and I can't wait to come back.

We visited Chez Pierre on our way through Monaco. There were five of us including one child. It was full but they made room for us and were so polite and kind. The food was the best we’ve had in Europe from the starter to the main course to the desserts. The bread service was so good too! We chatted with the owner and his sons. Wonderful people!!! Definitely worth the five stars! We can’t wait to come back for a visit to Chez Pierre.

This was a standout dinner in all of Europe. Came here with my toddler before service started and they promptly sat me and walked me though the menu. When I was able to order the server gave great recommendations! They were very sweet and accommodating with my daughter. Thhe steak frites was perfectly cooked, the escargot was perfectly balanced and not too rich and the pistachio crème brûlée was unlike any dessert I’ve had before.

What a wonderful restaurant. We stayed one night in Monaco and chose Chez Pierre to dine in and so glad we did. The warm greeting on arrival by Pierre himself, the little cushion they gave our little dog(that was a first), the wine and food were 10/10, the other waiters were so on it and never missed a beat. Impeccable in all ways - this spot is a (literally) hidden gem and worth a visit while in Monte Carlo! The highest level of service, a welcoming atmosphere, and simply delicious food & drinks. As another reviewer said, look in the Google Photos for the video of how to find the restaurant - it’s a quick 180 turn off of the escalator from the street. I had one of the best solo dining experiences I’ve had in a long time here - oftentimes while dining solo you are not given the same level of service and attention as other diners, and that was thankfully NOT the experience here! Pierre and his sons were wonderfully attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was walked through each item on the menu, given guidance on which to order from my narrowed-down choices, and served promptly. The atmosphere is so welcoming and warm, you feel right at home. My cocktail was a perfect French 75. I ordered the two appetizer specials - scallops in an herb butter sauce and a savory mushroom French toast. Both were delicious, but the scallops were the standout star. Each bite had me amazed at how perfectly cooked they were & how perfectly the flavors worked. Simple, but just so so tasty! They also kindly delivered some bread to soak up all the extra buttery goodness from the shells. Dessert is absolutely worth the full belly walking home. The chocolate was so rich and perfectly textured, I had a very difficult time stopping myself from devouring the whole plate. A perfect shareable to end the meal (or a nice challenge, if you’re solo).

Had a day trip in Monaco and had lunch at Chez Pierre which ended up being the highlight of our time there. Pierre and family are incredibly nice, and provide excellent service, and the food was spectacular. I had a spinach salad that absolutely blew my mind, had some great cocktails, and the restaurant itself is quite cozy and beautiful. In order to find the restaurant look for the video in the google photos of the place since it’s a bit tricky. The place is really nice, great wine and the staff is very kind. We had three dishes and wine, seems a bit over for the price in my opinion and I was expected due to the highest google ratings to get a wow factor. The food was tasty I just expected a bit more.
