Terrible experience!! They were extremely rude and pretentious. I wanted to buy a bag so badly that I found and fell in love with. The associate that was assisting me made me feel bad about it being my first purchase. When we left the store my sister told me she didn’t want to go into another store because of the experience. It was an older blonde woman who assisted me.

I'd like to thank Marina and the SA with greyish bob hair ( sorry didn't get her name) for their help last friday. I was buying a bag, and due to me changing my sim card, the bank tried to call me to authenticate the purchase but it didn't go through thus my card was blocked. Marina was super empathetic and patient with me and also helped to give suggestions as to what i can do. Truly wonderful service and i can't thank Marina and the other SA enough.
