A Very Bittersweet Experience I have now used this salon on several occasions for blow dries when I am staying at the Fairmont in Monaco and attending events etc. The quality of the blow dry and finish is always excellent and my hair always looks superb but sadly this is then let down by the unfriendly and unwelcoming reception staff and atmosphere. I always feel like a bit of a burden or that I’m not their preferred client. What makes it worse is that on EVERY visit to the salon I have NEVER been offered a tea, coffee or water despite watching all the other clients with drinks and being offered drinks and glasses of champagne. I’m rather confused by this lack of service and distinction between clients and when paying €75 for a blow dry, surely being offered a glass of water or coffee should be a given!? It’s so disappointing as I love the way my hair looks and it’s so convenient but to be made to feel so unwelcome would really make me rethink a further visit.

I made an appointment for hair styling for a white tie event and it was amazing! I showed a photo of what I want, the lady did it all perfectly without even looking at the photo again, and it stayed like that all evening! Would highly recommend this salon for any evening/ event hair styling!
