Unfortunately, the staff was more interested in their phone they they were helping us purchase shoes. After selecting shoes, the woman was extremely rude so we left. When we came back the next day hoping a different person would be available to help us purchase shoes. We confirmed what time they closed - 7p. We came in 10 min before closing and the same woman turned off the lights as we walked in and told us she was closed and would not help us. We already had the shoes picked out, we just needed to purchase them. I hardly ever write bad reviews because you never know what is going on in someone's life, and everyone has bad day, or is distracted by life's myriad of challenges. However, two days in a row isn't an anomaly, and most likely the norm, rather than the exception. They either make enough, that sales don't matter, or there was a bias. Either way skip this place and spend your money elsewhere.

Superbes magasins : enfants + adultes, conseils pertinents, choix multiples et variés de chaussures, chaussons, sandales, nu-pieds, baskets, tennis....et accueil de qualité et chaleureux. Possibilité de trouver des accessoires ludiques dans le magasin enfant en prime. Je recommande.

Lots of great shoe styles and shoes are available in many sizes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are a tad expensive, but it's Monaco. We walked away with a great pair of well fitting shoes. She has a shoe stretching machine as well to help perfect the fit of your new shoes.
