They don't have the best apartments but they are very cheap and they work around with you if you dont have a history of bad rental, Luz is reliable and sometimes, if worth it she would speak up for you and work around your living situation I've lived in 2 of their properties between the year of 2013-2015 maintenance is not all that great but Tim tries his best to resolve any issues it all depends on the maintenance person availability but very worth renting to start off

Bought a home this gut flipped and it caught on fire from garbage electric work. After the fire they found 6 other code violations. As construction just began they found the roof leaking in a spot we were told was fixed before we bought the house.
