Bar très sympathique dans un jardin en hauteur, comme un petit oasis dans la cohue des abords du casino. Cocktails corrects mais le service n’est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. Malgré le peu de clients de l’après midi, nous devons relancer les serveurs pour passer commande. Ces mêmes serveurs qui n’hésitent pas à se disputer à côté des clients. Plutôt surprenant pour une établissement comme l’Hermitage…

After visiting the one in Milano I had to come here as well. The service and the drinks here are a top notch, especially If a fan of Campari as I am. Variations of cocktails with Campari are a speciality, my fav was a mix of Campari with fresh orange juice, while regular cocktails are also very nice. Drinks are served with nuts and chips, adorable, but it was kinda empty and I think this place deserves a lot more.

Ambiente molto raffinato, con musica alta e giusta per un ambiente di classe. Tavoli nella norma, niente di speciale. Costi decisamente importanti , ovviamente in linea con montecarlo, ma se pago un drink trenta euro o una bevanda 12 euro, mi aspetto un servizio da stellato , invece purtroppo il cameriere ha dato proprio l impressione di essere altezzoso, per carità sono sicuro sia stata solo una impressione e.che alla prossima visita ci faranno ricredere, ma non mi sono sentito a mio agio onestamente.

One of the most memorable places I've ever been to anywhere in the world. The food was of a high standard and the service even higher. But what separates the Crystal lounge from most other places is the brilliant environment created by the comfortable seating, lots of space, fantastic lighting, good music and most of all the shisha (grapefruit with berries recommended)... oh and of course its in Monte Carlo. Absolutely a night I will never forget with my extraordinary wife ...

The night we went there was a dj and he did a great job of setting a nice atmosphere with the music. The Mach cocktail is one of the best I’ve ever had. Place was pretty pricy but that’s expected in Monaco. Would definitely recommend for a place to hangout while grabbing a drink.

J’appelle pour demander si je peux réserver, on me dit que je peux venir et qu’ils trouveront une table. A mon arrivée, on me refuse l’entrée ( par un gros en costume gris) prétextant que je porte un short alors qu’il s’agit d’un pantalon court classique. Il s’agit d’une personne impolie, irrespectueuse. Je vous conseille d’aller voir ailleurs, il y a beaucoup mieux et plus accueillant.

Yesterday we visited Crystal bar, welcome was nice, hostes offer to us nice table, but what happened after spoiled the impression of the place… within five minutes, 3 waiters approached us, and I told everyone that I needed a couple more minutes to get acquainted with the menu… after came the other one and said that we need to order or go away and it happened within 10 min… the purpose of my visit is to relax on a nice terrace of 5 star hotel and I don’t understand why I should be stimulated to hurry, why I’m ordering the wine for 15 € that cost there 125 € and get such service ? Why in 5 star hotel bar I feel like I came to a cheap place? But of course after we’ve ordered the waiter was very nice with us, but anyways the impression was already spoiled…

J’étais venue en quête d’un lieu idéal pour me détendre et savourer l’un de mes meilleurs cigares. Arrivé sur place j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel qui m’a alors aiguiller dans le choix d’un bon verre de whisky pour accompagner mon cigare. De manière général, l’ambiance est bonne entre la musique, une très jolie terrasse, une belle vue entre Monte-Carlo et le port Hercules, les serveurs qui s’assure de vous apporter votre commande dans les plus bref délais (je n’aurai jamais eu un verre aussi vite dans mes mains de ma vie en m’asseyant en terrasse) et qui s’assure que vous passiez une expérience mémorable de a à z peu importe que vous commandiez la bouteille la plus chère sur la carte ou bien un simple jus d’orange. Ou bien profitez de leur chichas qui sont loin d’être ordinaire. La encore on voit la grande attention que le serveur porte sur l’expérience que vous savourerez. C’est pour moi un incontournable à tout ceux qui veulent prendre le temps de se détendre en toute intimité face à la somptueuse mer Méditerranée d’un côté et Monte-Carlo de l’autre. Encore un grand merci au personnel de cet établissement qui m’on fait vivre un moment inoubliable!

I walked by at 12 o'clock in the night. a man called us in to smoke shisha. i asked how much it cost, he said "85 euros". I thought it doesn't matter, if you're on vacation, you can enjoy it too. around 00:10 am someone from shisha came to us and asked which flavour, at 00:20 am we got our shisha, and it tasted different than what we wanted and we indicated it. he took our shisha and wanted to make it again for us, he walked back to us and said ran out of that flavor. we said no problem. he was going to make us a new one. 12:30 am we got another one. and suddenly he said "normally we are open until 01:00, you can stay 10 minutes extra longer". i didn't agree, because for less than 30 minutes i'm going to pay shisha for 85 euros. yet we were allowed to stay until 01:20. and then they closed. 85 euros scammed for 30 min. they were scammers

Being completely ignored for 45 minutes when there are only 10 other people in the bar and you are paying 24 euro a cocktail is unacceptable. Service was rude and disappointing but that may be what they are aspiring to be.

There were 12 other people in the bar other than my wife and I, it took fully 20 mins to get served. The two waiters made doing nothing an art form. When you're spending €50 for 2 cocktails it's pretty poor service.

Went for a pre-dinner drink whilst staying at the Hermitage, and sat out on the terrace which has a view down to the harbour. Tried one of their signature cocktails, the Sweet Maya, which was Champagne flavoured with violet. Nice assortment of accompanying snacks.
