Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my booking and wasn’t able to stay at this hotel, but I still wanted to leave a review because the experience with the staff was exceptional. The hotel is in a perfect location in Monaco — close to everything yet peaceful and elegant. The team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Alicia, who went above and beyond to help me sort things out with such kindness and professionalism. The property itself looks very clean, modern, and welcoming. I’m really looking forward to staying here properly in the future!

I absolutely hated my experience having lunch at Miramar. When I first arrived, I ordered an Aperol Spritz, but the waitress told me they didn’t have it because they only make cocktails. I didn’t question it and just accepted it.
A little later, another couple arrived, ordered an Aperol, and she served it exactly as they asked. When I asked why I didn’t get mine, she completely denied what she’d said before, creating a really awkward and horrible situation.
On top of that, the cocktails my husband and I ordered were awful and basically had no alcohol in them. The food was so basic that I could have easily cooked it at home.
The service was terrible, the food and drinks were poor, and the staff were rude and mocking. The waitress kept pulling faces and laughing, as if she was making fun of me and my husband — or assuming we couldn’t afford to be there.
If I sat down in that place to eat and drink, it’s because I can afford to pay for it. Honestly, it was a disgrace of a service, and I’ll never go back or recommend it to anyone.

Pro:
Great location and the hotel has a lovely rooftop bar for breakfast (and their staff was really great).
Con:
Firstly their booking.com communication channel got hacked and a fraudulent link asked for a payment. That caught me in a moment where I was not paying 100% attention and I paid money. And before the hotel staff can blame me again for the mistake, yes, I fell for it. The staff from the hotel were very quick in saying that booking.com got hacked and not the hotel. It takes a larger company a few hours to find out what happened in such a case but the reception staff managed to do that in minutes... go figure. Booking.com was also not available for a proper comment. Sure I was the one who fell for it, but I expected some support.
Then, we did not include the breakfast and asked for breakfast options nearby (because their breakfast room looked very small and tired). The staff member mentioned places near the casino, etc. but failed to mention that their own rooftop bar has croissants, juice and coffee?
The shower's water temperature was very inconsistent...
Lastly, it is really expensive for what you get. Surely you pay for the location but next time I would rather book something a bit further away or even in a town outside, since the train rides are very easy.
Neutral (Things to be aware of):
The hotel does not have a lift so you have to walk up the stairs with your luggage.
The rooms are very small and do not have storage space. There is a small fridge and a safe. Other amenities (like an iron, small coffee machine, etc. do not fit in the room).

Hotel Miramar is a small hotel in Monaco, we are staying for a few days. The room had a great view and the bed is comfortable. At breakfast we meet Nury lovely chatty lady always with a smiling. Was certainly a different experience .

There’s a reason for this price in Monaco. I don’t think they pay the staff enough. The reason I stay with sbm not this hotel. Maybe if they charged more then they could send the staff to get correct manners and become politer.

Chose this hotel for the location and excellent price (for Monaco). Lovely staff on front desk, really genuine. Room was smaller than expected but very tastefully decorated. Shower in room. Free walk and wine. To die for view from balcony. Ac and WiFi great. Bed was so comfy. No tea and coffee facilities but all the facilities where in a room on ground floor - help your self for free. Roof terrace was really good with great service but be warned it's wasn't cheap and on the second day the terrace was booked by a private party so unable to drink or eat at the hotel. Saying that I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a stunning view and great location. However I am writing this view in regards to their breakfast. It was the worst hotel breakfast I have seen. The options were minuscule. You could choose between scrambled eggs that looked like they came from a plastic bag, sliced sausage, thin strips of bacon, dry toast, a slice of store bought pie, and a couple artificially flavoured yogurt containers. I took an americano, slice of bread and a little eggs because I was starving that morning. I thought breakfast was included because my company booked the hotel. However when I checked out the next day, I discovered I had to pay €20!! Just take my advice and skip it, it’s better to go to a nice bakery nearby.

We had a great stay in a room on the second floor with a small balcony towards the sea. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast on the terrace is very cute and they serve good coffee. I left jewelry in the room. They contacted me immediately after they found it and helped me very well to get my things back!
