Nice terrace with sea view, but unfortunately very badly managed by extremely impolite waiters: the place was totally empty and they refused to give us a free table with front sea view, pretending that it was booked for minimum 6 people; another similar table was occupied by a couple only and they arrogantly said they were waiting for other friends to join. Of course nobody arrived in both cases: I think it’s not nice to lie and make fun of clients, especially when your place is completely empty! We felt scammed and not respected.

$9 for 2 tiny cups of coffee. Want water expecting a cup of water, free! They come out with bottled water for $2.50 a piece. Order an omelet for $9.99 only includes egg! You have to pay $2.49 per add on! Eggs Benedicts everywhere else is always 2 eggs. Not here. Add another egg $2.75. Then to top it off, automatic 20% service charge included. AND if you want to use a card to pay, another $3.99!! Will NEVER return.

The service is impossibly slow. It’s actually shocking. There were only 3 tables of us. The breakfast bagel looked nothing like the picture, it didn’t even come on a bagel. Credit card fee is $3.99 on a $35 bill, disgusting. Will not be back under any circumstance.

I receive a steak that smelled weird and tasted weird . I told the server I didn like it and I would like a soup instead since my family were already halfway eating . The server came back like 15 minutes later just to explain she was with the owner and the chef and they decided they tjere is nothing wrong with the steak???? And if I wanted to take it home ??? I didn’t like it , tasted bad why would I want it to take it home ? Nevermind she never brough my soup right away but prioritized to have a phone call for 15 while I waited for my soup. The she stated she can not remove the steak from the bill which I never asked for and she assumed rather than being my soup, I just got to Miami from NY and I was starving . Extremely frustrating situation and on top of that I was force to pay for a steak that tasted like it was time or / and temperature abused . I just hope I don’t get sick and they can have my money but I will never visit this location in my life . Mr owner , your business must be struggling for you to take this resolution with a paying customer .

Dinner was underwhelming, service was alright. Instant mashed potatoes as a side for over $100 meal for two of us seemed kinda sad. Steak was overcooked. Waitress was nice. Breakfast was a worse experience. Order was incorrect, waitress didn't seem to care. We were the only people in the restaurant. They should change the menu from "eggs Benedict" to egg Benedict since you only get one egg. Photo on menu showed two lol. Can't recommend at all, it makes sense why the place was empty.

Check was $70 for two meals - one that was literally 5 ravioli in cheese that tastes frozen and the other was white rice with some chicken And veggies. Both I could have made and made better for about $12 and had leftovers. Automatically brought bottled water without telling you and charged for it, automatic 20% with no mention before hand, $3.99 card fee. It was just all absolutely crazy. Sat in there for an hour with them only speaking to us twice. Could have been in and out in 20 minutes... Really brought my whole trip down.

Bad customer service don't know how treat customer serve or communicate all they want is $. Added tip and sell water bottles instead of glasses be careful no son amables .never go here. Even for a breakfast sandwich you have to wait one hour. Haha and they still ask i don't understand why are you complaining that's what their response is. I really don't understand who the manager is here because Clearly this people need customer service training. Save yourself from headaches and don't go here. They understand half of what you say even if you speak Spanish.

We stumbled upon BluGin during an impromptu getaway to Miami Beach, trying to escape the Indiana cold. Since it’s located conveniently in our vacation rental lobby, we figured it would be an easy choice for lunch. Big mistake. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of a disaster. Our waitress greeted us with an icy demeanor, refusing to acknowledge me and only speaking to my wife, as if serving us was a burden she couldn’t be bothered with. The service went downhill from there. While the food was passable, we were ignored for the rest of the meal—no drink refills, no follow-up, nothing. We had to track down another waiter just to get our final check. To top it all off, we were blindsided when told we couldn’t pay by card because their machine was down, forcing us to use their ATM with a ridiculous $4 service fee. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they slapped on a mandatory 20% “Service Fee” to the bill—completely undeserved given the appalling service. Had I read other reviews beforehand, I would have known this kind of treatment is par for the course here. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of BluGin. We certainly won’t be making the mistake of returning.

Waitress was nice. I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and a coke it was $50!!! It tasted just ok and the portion size very small!!!! No bread or salad. They automatically charged a $6.99 service fee. I feel it was way too expensive for what you got!!!

Was craving for fried whole fish. The service was professional, atmosphere was clean and swanky and the music was 2000's. So happy I enjoyed this place within the hotel I stayed at. The order consisted of 2 Whole Snapper w Plantains. The food was Amazing and I had a Foodgasm. Can't wait to go back !!!

Terribly expensive cocktails for half-full glasses. Not the slightest decoration to decorate the glass. Peanuts from Carrefour as a side dish. Waiters you have to chase to get served. And the worst was the Virgin Pina colada.. A simple glass of pineapple juice with ice cubes!! Not to mention that parking cost us 6€ for an hour and a half

We’re staying here and we decided to eat at the restaurant lobby, what a great experience. Food and service absolutely exceeded any expectations. Filet Mignon and Pasta delicious. The service from Aurora and Roberto absolutely great. We will come back in our next trip to Miami.

We ate here twice here during our stay and everything we tried was delicious! Breakfast omelettes, Chicken Caesar wrap, pork tacos for lunch. Hands down best chocolate milk I’ve ever tasted in my life. 10/10 recommend for food & drinks !

So this absolute delight of a restaurant is in The Castle Beach Club place I’m staying in and I’m mad at myself for not checking it out sooner! I visited for breakfast and dinner and both experiences were amazing. I’ve worked in restaurants all my life and I can tell that the food is made to order and from scratch here! Easily the best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had and the Filet Mignon melted in my mouth and was perfectly medium rare like requested. For breakfast I had the berry pancakes and they were the most perfectly cooked pancakes I’ve ever had with a perfect crispness to the edges but still fluffy and flavorful throughout. The two waitresses working were terrific as well. Attentive, informative, and just all around pleasant. I wish I had gotten their names to give them proper credit! Everyone in the Miami Beach area really needs to check this place out!

Being a cocktail bar in Monte Carlo is not a good reason to offer poor service and inferior products at exorbitant prices. For goodness sake, no one expects to spend as much as I would have spent in a cocktail bar in Turin, but for €20/25 per cocktail you expect at least that the waitress knows how to explain a drink, brings it to the table on a tray and doesn't spill half of it on the ground.

We came with my niece in the evening after dinner. we were first seated at a table inside while I was waiting for my husband, after I saw that the tables on the terrace were free, and I asked him to change us, we sat down, but then asked to leave, and the manager Dmitry was very rude and aggressive towards to us, then he said if we don’t leave and don’t get up from the table, he calls security, and we didn’t even understand what was the matter and didn’t make an order, he transplanted us twice before, we didn’t say anything to him. He behaved rudely. This manager Dimitry was under drugs and behaved inappropriately. I want him to apologize for his disrespectful and rude behavior! he treated us very badly, with a rude tone in an orderly manner.

Gabby was and is an amazing friendly bar tender, waitress and hosts on my visit she was wearing all those hays flawlessly. The porter house meal you see in the picture as 50 dollars. Absolutely cooked medium to.perfection. I tool 45 minute to eat it all LOL!! Coming tommorow for breakfast time 830 AM. All prices are more than reasonable especially for Miami beach and the Castle Beach Hotel and the nice bar and restaurant here inside. I came back for breakfast. Could not figure out how to creat a second reviews for this nice chill place. Back for happy hour later!!!

In the evening the place is very nice, with excellent music and good aperitifs. Fun environment. The bad thing is its manager, who decides at his discretion who can enter and who cannot even when the place is not full. Living in Monaco, my daughters have tried to go there many times but they do not accept reservations and then when you show up they tell you that there is no room. Won't it be a question of…?
