The staff welcomed us warmly at the lounge and offered drinks after completing the ID check. They took our bags, helped us through security, and then loaded the bags into a Mercedes V-Class. When I offered to carry my bag myself, they insisted on handling it, which I found very impressive. The driver from Nice Airport to the heliport was kind, and the driver who took us to our final destination was also very pleasant. Additionally, all the other staff members were equally outstanding, especially those who assisted us with seatbelts. When I asked them to take my photo, they did so happily and were very polite. I recorded my experience and have videos showing how every staff member went out of their way to make it memorable. Every member of the team made us feel welcome, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service. The helicopter ride itself was an unforgettable experience.

Very good service. Ramping the prices to almost triple during Monaco weekend wasn’t ideal, but other than that, pretty impressive. If the prices weren’t so high for those few days I would have given 5 stars.

Really great experience flying from Nice to Monaco and back. Smooth check in with friendly and helpful staff. Waited for a few minutes in the lounge area and then boarded quickly. The pilot immediately made us feel comfortable and pointed out some landmarks during the short flight. Highly recommend.

Just flown back from Monaco to Nice. Can’t recommend the service enough!! From the hotel to the lounge in the airport at Nice fully escorted and helped with bags (only had carry on and were checked in via app). Thank you to the whole team!
