    Worst service ever!! I’ve spent millions in this shop and they don’t even answer the phone. They are so unprofessional just like the rest of the places in monaco. They don’t listen or care about their customers. A disaster

    I deal with Maxime Fabre from the Monaco service centre, he and his team were so kind and polite! The complete opposite from the experience I found in Mougins where I went first and met the worst manager on planet earth called Hassan. He was useless and ever so rude. So I travelled that extra mileage to ask Maxime in Monaco (Cap d'Ail) to check the brakes of my car since there was a repetitive noise I could hear. Maxime the manager, without any hesitation said yes and arranged his technician to spend a full hour road testing and full check on a ramp to see if there was any problem. My vehicle is English (Bentley Bentayga) and this was an interim check between my visits from Monaco / Cannes and the UK. Maxime made us feel very welcome, diagnosed the problem seamlessly (Hassan said it was dust lol) and is even liaising with the UK service centre on email for me to ensure that a solution can be fixed since I just paid £5k in service and brakes changed. Thats what I expect from a Bentley dealership and Maxime does the best I've seen out there. He even personally make me and my husband a coffee! Thank you and I will definitely come back for a service. Highly recommend you ask for Maxime and his team in Moncao if you have a Bentley or Rolls Royce!
