I had the best bikini wax I've ever had at BR it was such a pleasant experience, Margot was very professional and efficient and I felt instantly relaxed, it was the least painful wax I've ever had!! I also got my eyebrows threaded and Margot's attention to detail is impeccable, my eyebrows have never looked this great!

That is the worst experience with Wax that I had in my entire life. They put me in a room with some professional that couldnt manage the temperature of the cera, so she burned me more than 3 times, even though I mentioned to her that was too hot. As the cera was not in the right temperature, the cera glued in my skin and then she called her colleague to help her to remove. Then was two professionals putting a lot of oil on my skin to try to remove it, this was the most painful time. I left the place with a bit cera on my skin because there were parts they couldnt remove it at all. Awful experience, I do not recommend at all. If you sell a service as a Brazilian Wax, you should at least know how to manage and use the product. At least at the end they said that I didnt need to pay.
