Extremely disappointed in the service, I made an appointment for shellac today and the nail polish peeled off the very same day. Beautician who offered me the service warned me that owners use low quality nail polish material and other customers complained about it either but she assured me that it would last minimum two weeks anyway. She also promised me full compensation if something goes wrong. Never happened. I feel cheated.

I visited this salon for a procedure and was very dissatisfied with the experience. My face was injured during the procedure, and the salon refuses to take responsibility or offer a refund. I even had to visit doctors because the capillaries on my face were damaged, and the redness and pain didn’t go away for three days. I now have a prescribed treatment from a doctor. I strongly do not recommend this place—the customer service is terrible, the prices are high, and you leave with an injured face. The salon does not respond, avoids communication, and refuses to issue a refund. It’s sad that things like this happen in Monaco. I do not recommend this salon….

Best place in Monaco hands down. Products they use are incredible, the staff is experienced and awesome!!! Love this place! Note brand new location end of March!!!
