DO NOT OPEN A CARD WITH THIS BANK. My grandma passed away a few month ago, before she passed they bought a trip to Hawaii and payed in full. She passed before they got to go on a trip. Therefore we canceled everything and got our refund for everything …EXPECT FROM THIS BANK. This bank held the charges and even put late fees after we CALLED THEM TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. They said they would refund us after 6 calls and 5+ hours spent and we get a letter today saying they can’t refund, after they promised to refund the whole amount. This bank is the definition of a joke. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THEM.

Absolutely terrible service with representatives constantly lying about information pertaining to a case I'm trying to open. The system is apparently "always down". These people are constantly losing track of documents I fax as well.
