I had been with Sassi for many years. My insurance details were incorrectly entered in the system. Each year they would send me a letter asking me to confirm the incorrect details which I couldn't as they were wrong. I tried many times to change the details but they wouldn't do it. I emailed Mr Sassi to help - he didn't bother replying. I eventually had to cancel both my motor and house insurances which I found cheaper actually with Allianz. Then, 2 months later they start sending me demands for the insurances I cancelled :-( they turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. There are other Axa agents in Monaco - its maybe worth shopping about a bit..
