It was good.
Today I went for the first time to this Italian-drawn place. In the room Erlan manages carefully and effectively well supported by Erika tough and very present. The menu does not have many dishes but nothing is missing that you may like. I had pappardelle with meat sauce accompanied by a platter of bread and focaccia. Delicious, soft seasoned right, digested well which is not obvious. The restaurant offers homemade cakes, taken an apple pie with vanilla ice cream, well intriguing. The bill was normal, from my table I could see the sea.
Better to book, there is also a private room.
I recommend it.

Fantastic food and value for money in Monaco
Our last day in Monaco and we read reviews about this place and that they did a reasonably priced business lunch Monday-Friday.
We got there and was welcomed in by a lovely lady (who we spoke to at the end and found out she was the owner) who appeared to know most of the people in the restaurant which is a great sign.
Food and service were excellent considering how busy it became . Great value for lunch . Would love to go again in the evening.
Highly recommended 🌟.

Disappointing...
Very bad experience. We waited more than an hour to receive our dishes, without any real explanation or clear excuses. It’s way too long, especially when you’re just having a good time at a restaurant.
We were offered digestives to apologize for the wait... but they never arrived. It’s even more frustrating to hear a promise that isn’t even kept.
Disorganized service and lack of consideration for customers. Really disappointing, I'm not coming back

Very disappointed
Frankly very disappointed compared to the opinions that there is example steak with pepper meat excellent sauce very very very mediocre why because it is a sauce that is slightly mounted with mustard there is no death, there is no cognac, there is pepper but it does not emerge enough it is accompanied by vegetables and puree. So normally it is accompanied by Copa fries. Seriously disappointed.

A place with very kind and friendly staff. The main course was exceptional. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the starters. The tuna tartare was dry, with zero sauce, and the beef tartare came with a small salad on the side, also without any seasoning or dressing. However, the overall experience was excellent, and it’s definitely worth going just for the main course and cocktails.

Amazing service . Were well looked after by the staff and not rushed at all. Some venues keep pouring wine in the hope you buy more but this was class but also very relaxed at the same time.

An unforgettable dining experience! My dinner here was nothing short of amazing. The service was impeccable, attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. The owner personally made sure everything was perfect, which added such a special touch. The food was the most delicious I’ve had anywhere in Europe — every bite was perfection. The ambience was absolutely on point — elegant yet inviting, with beautiful energy all around. I can’t recommend this place highly enough; it’s truly a must-visit in Monaco!

We had the Business lunch which was great value and fantastic food… sometimes these menus give you small portions, but we were both full. Bread was also good! Slightly quieter end of Monaco as well which is a plus…

Excellent Food exceeded only by the Service
We hosted a dinner for some work colleagues at this wonderful restaurant. Everything was perfect, as one would expect. However the manager, Theo, was most welcoming and our server, Michale was truly exceptional. She made the evening for our group. We will be returning annually without fail. Well done.

The Le Meridien hotel concierge recommended Avenue 31 for our anniversary dinner and helped us with the reservation. The atmosphere was elegant and the food was delicious, but our experience was marred by a rude and unwelcoming manager/supervisor at the host stand (bald with glasses). He was on the phone when we arrived, failed to greet us or confirm our reservation, and simply walked us to a table while still on the call. I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately - considering this is a fine dining restaurant - and while he seemed surprised, he did apologize. Thankfully, our server (with glasses) was attentive and ensured the rest of our evening went well.

We had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to our waiter, Michele — he was attentive, professional, and truly made our lunch perfect. His warm personality and excellent service added so much to our dining experience. Fantastic experience. The service is phenomenal, the best in the area. Michele and Lorenzo made sure our drinks were always full, gave us the best recommendations and had such positivity. I also didn’t realize that sea-bass was this incredible, best fish I’ve had in my life. Hands down- best place around.

We arrived early for our reservation and staff accommodated us with no issues. Through the evening staff were very attentive. We both ordered the Angus steak. We had truffle mash and fries. The steak was absolutely delicious and the portion size was very generous. The sides were also lovely. This was our first visit to this restaurant and it won’t be our last! 10/10.

The service here is some of the most courteous in monaco and the wait staff are impeccable, they always are sweet and kind and assist us in a timley manner with our order and constantly check to make sure we are comfortable during meeting, etc.. i highly recommend giving this place a visit.

This was hands down the best meal we had while in Monaco. Every course was perfectly seasoned and timed for arrival. The bread in the basket was soft with nice flavoring, the wine was smooth, and the apps and entree hit the spot. Only challenge was finding vegetarian options, so we had to piece the meal together. Definitely recommend eggplant parm. The texture was perfect.

Booked this Italian restaurant for lunch. The cuisine is normal, but not exceptional at all, but the prices are high... although they are everywhere else in Monaco. In neighbouring Italy, the same would be one and a half times cheaper.

Last night in Monaco and dinner here on recommendation from our hotel. Really nice place, feels 'high end' and the food was great especially the Romagne Roll sharing starter - it was delicious. By the time mains came around we were rather full but they were good too. Service was good, although a bit impersonal to be honest. In contrast to Polpetta where we also ate, it felt a bit too robotic and there were no personal touches really. Decor excellent, overall atmosphere was one of wealthy people eating pleasant food. Only suggestion would be for the staff to lighten up a little and show some personality but that's a minor point in the grand scheme.

Went for Valentine’s day 💘 with my husband and the drinks were delicious, they had great mocktails as well. They had live music playing which was lovely and the service was impeccable. We had the focaccia, fish and magret de canard and a chocolate cake for dessert. The focaccia wasn’t what we expected, the fish was mediocre (too many capers overpowered the taste), but the magret de canard was amazing especially with it’s blueberry sauce. The dessert didn’t taste fresh and they had like 4 cakes that they passed to show you which takes away from the glam and dream of the place. I would expect tiramisù or other more “italian” fresh desserts but maybe it was bc it was a special day.

This was a fabulous restaurant - we arrived in late to Monaco and the hotel recommended Ave 31. From the moment we went in it was a lovely experience. The service is excellent, food, wine and cocktails to follow were just perfect - yes you pay for what you get but in the greater scheme of things and for where we were the value for money was excellent - would definitely go back and recommend to anyone travelling to Monaco

The meal was not good. The skizzal (white pizza) starter was almost cold. The spaghetti with rapa (broccoli)and vongele (clams) contained zero clams (the cost was removed from our bill). The apple tart arrived as apple pie. The pastry was cooked but the apple chunks inside were raw warmed up and very dry - no juice or sauce. A very disappointing dinner

Nothing to say about the food, really excellent. However, I was disappointed by the behavior of those who took the order of our group of 11, who to the request of a couple of tastings of appetizer brought an indescribable number of courses, certainly good, but which filled us with the consequence not only of a bill much heavier than expected, but also not to be able to enjoy what we had chosen as the main course. For this reason I don't think I'm going back to this restaurant.

I often come to this place in Monaco. the more I go back the more I feel at ease.Smart guys... a great wine list, I ate a black Angus with Bernese sauce and mashed very good as good burrata with truffle... all with a good bottle of roses' berlucchi.pero' before saying goodbye I was offered some panettone "like home".grazie.consigli highly.

Food, service, atmosphere were all great but it felt like you were at a club with the music so high. Impossible to hear someone speak at your own table sitting next to you. We did make a request to turn it down a little but it seemed to keep getting louder.

Avenue 31 is, without a doubt, the best restaurant in Monte Carlo. From the warm, attentive staff to the outstanding food and wine, every moment of our visit was flawless from start to finish. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch with highlights like the Foccacia di Recco & Truffle, Fried Shrimp & Zucchini, Eggplant Parmigiana, Beef Fillet, and Lobster Linguine. Make sure to end your meal with their Tiramisu – it’s phenomenal! Daniella, Lorenzo and Vitto made our experience even better with their exceptional service.

We ordered three pasta dishes with langoustine, but were served and charged for pasta with linguine instead. When we brought this to the attention of the waiter, he rudely responded with, “Didn’t you see what you were eating?” and “Today you learned something new.” This response was both dismissive and condescending, leaving us feeling disrespected as customers. The experience left a very unpleasant impression of the restaurant. The food may have been decent, but the way we were treated overshadowed any enjoyment we could have had. I haven’t felt this deceived in a long time. It’s disappointing when a place you choose to dine at not only makes mistakes but then tries to dismiss them as if they were nothing. I would caution others to double-check their orders and be prepared for potentially poor customer service. P.s. It’s nice to see that the management monitors and responds to comments. However, I was disappointed by the remark about the phone. Such comments do not align with the level of professionalism I expected from your establishment. I hope that in the future, communication with guests will be more respectful and constructive.

One of my favorite italian restaurants in Monaco 🇲🇨 beautiful place located in the Larvotto. The food is amazing I love the seafood risotto but also the pappardelle are amazing. The waiters are nice and welcoming :)

2.5/5 . Picture says it all .... 44 € for 3 shrimps and pasta. And yes, I did say something to waiter who couldn't care less. I live in MC and been a few times to this restaurant (I never was the one choosing it though). I've always found the atmosphere was nice but the food average at best (at this price range). Worst was I think the owner, a woman, or at least the manager, was on site and apart from a cold welcome upon arrival, she disappeared around mid-service, not even passing through the tables like any owner (or manager) would. If you're looking for a nice atmosphere in a good location but average price/qualtiy food, it's a good spot. If you care about what you eat, go else where. One last thing... get rid of the DJ : some 50+ y.o. man dressing like a teenager and playing 80s/90s commercial music - like Backstreet Boys - is not the right strategy.

Highly recommend by the concierge at the Le Meridien Beach plaza… This place is really fantastic. Some of the best Italian food anywhere. Wonderful ambience. The tuna appetizer was exceptional and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The service was really top shelf. All and all I recommend Avenue 31 to anyone looking for a great evening and wonderful food.

Our tour guide recommended we have lunch here and it was definitely a wonderful meal and experience! From the manager and crew, everyone was welcoming and service was excellent. We had the baby squid with zucchini, pappardelle mozzarella, tuna tartare, and sea bass. All of which are must-try’s!

Excellent experience. We were a Group of 13 people therefore tried basically the entire menu. Everyone was delighted and on top the service was top and the prices were surprisingly reasonable, the entire bill was 1,000€ for 13 with apetizers, main, desert and wines. Authentic Italian food and staff on the water in a modern setting. Nice bar scene. Amazing focaccia. Two types of pizza (gluten few thin crust and traditional). Great wines by the glass. The fried zucchini and calamari are amazing. Probably don’t need a reservation but never hurts.
