When I picked up the scooter, I saw "bearing cleaning" on the invoice for €78. The garage assured me that the necessary work had been done.
After a kilometer, I went to turn right, the steering locked up, and the scooter continued straight ahead. I nearly passed an oncoming car by mere centimeters! I returned to the workshop to have the part replaced as it should have been. The part was unavailable for four days. I took it upon myself to find it at another garage.
€530 for the repair (part included), but when I picked up the scooter, the dashboard lights were out, even though everything had been working before. They claimed the bulbs were burned out. So, back to square one: a day without my scooter and a €40 bill that I refused to pay, eventually reduced to €23. I left feeling bitter, and now the front brake is spongy. You have to pump the lever to get it to engage properly.
So even though customer service made a gesture by "offering" me an hour of free labor, I remain very skeptical about the workshop's professionalism.

Venu pour faire changer mes roulements de direction sur mp3 400, en récupérant le scooter, je vois sur la facture " nettoyage des roulements" pour 78€. Le garage m'assure que le nécessaire a été fait.
Au bout d'un kilomètre, je vais pour tourner à droite, la direction se bloque et le scooter continue tout droit. Je manque de passer à quelques centimètres d'une voiture arrivant en face !
Retour à l'atelier pour qu'il change la pièce comme cela devait être fait. Pièce indisponible avant 4 jours. Je m'occupe de la trouver chez un autre garage.
530€ de réparation (pièce comprise) mais quand je reprends le scooter, il n'y a plus de lumière sur le tableau de bord alors qu'avant tout fonctionnait. Soit disant ampoules grillées. Rebelotte, une journée sans scooter et une facture de 40€ que je refuse de payer, finalement descendue à 23€.
Je repars amère et là, frein avant mou. Il faut pomper sur la manette pour un serrage efficace.
Alors même si le service commercial a fait un geste en "m'offrant" 1h de main d’œuvre, je reste très dubitatif quant au sérieux de l'atelier.
