The burger was good but the service was terrible. Website wasn’t working about payment so somehow I paid my order twice. After I called the restaurant but they were speaking call later. I tried to get my money back like four times but I didn’t get my money back. I would not ever order the burger from here. They should pay more attention to the service. So disappointing and bad service.

Amazing!! After many orders in delivery and on site I am still as satisfied and each time pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the service, the quality of bread, meats and sauces. No bad experience or too long waiting time. This is really the best Burger in Monaco! and maybe even in the region:) Thks!!

The burgers are good. Probably the best in Monaco for "fast-food" kind of service. Thick steak, cooked just nice with a juicy core. Nice "arrow-branded" own buns. But. You need to get there to eat. Don't try ordering at lunch. I did. I ordered at 12:00 sharp. Not seeing anything (and they not having any tracking info on an order) I called at 12:56. Answer: food is out for delivery, should be there shortly. I got it at 13:20. For two burgers menus, the two drinks had been swapped for one single ice tea "because your choice was not available". Unfortunately I noticed it was only one after the delivery had gone. The chips were obviously completely cold. The burger just barely warm (thanks to the box). Only one mayo and one ketchup. If orders made at 12 sharp cannot be properly handled, it should say so on the website. But it's also not possible to demand a delivery time so you can't order much earlier unless you are fine eating lunch at 11:30? By the way, I tried contacting them to provide this feedback in private and got absolutely no answer. I am not in the habit of bashing business but that's the cherry on the cake.

Stop by here to order my lunch on my way to Prince's Palace of Monaco. They claimed to be the best burger in the small country, so let's try it. I ordered XXL NY Bacon Cheese (EUR 17.50), it comes with fries and coke. As you can see the burger portion is super huge, the patty is dense and it was quite delicious. As a big eater even for me it was quite difficult to eat it in one go.

Fantastic food in all aspects. We had almost given up on finding a reasonably priced meal in Monaco when we found this restaurant. The burgers were delicious and the fries were some of the best we’ve had in Europe. The restaurant was situated in a nice little street very close to the palace, cathedral, gardens and museums - so the location is equally great. But what was most amazing was the price, for food this good in this area it’s a great deal. The owners and workers were also all very friendly and helpful, so definitely a 5star experience!

Visited here during our cruise, polite staff, food was good and hot. Not a huge seating area but the turnover is pretty quick so seats come available quickly.

The food was perfect but i just dont like onions but it was anyway so delicious at first they charged us for 52 euros because they mistaken by the order number and the cost the cost was 26 euros and the order number was 52 but everyone makes mistakes and they gave us the money back and they apologized so everything was perfect👍

Had the original (jalapeño) burger and fries and it was fantastic. Best fries in a long time ! We were there on a Saturday for lunch, friendly service and very helpful. Recommend when in the old town on the rock of Monaco !

It is absolutely the best burger in Monaco, but the opening hours are wrong! It is not open on Sunday night (which was very disappointing after climbing all the at up the hill to get there!). Please update your opening hours! Also the google maps location is slightly wrong so it can be hard to find.

We have eaten at the restaurant which was brilliant. Last time we ordered a takeaway for our extended Monaco family which was brilliant Tonight it was so late and when it finally arrived it was lukewarm! Despite phoning to ask where the delivery was, and being told it was almost with us. We waited on the street to speed the process up. Another 20 minutes past!!! Big disappointment and unfortunately you only get one chance with me to mess up a family meal!

Ordered a delivery and it took nearly an hour to get here, staying in Monaco. Food was cold, chips were stale and the cheesy nachos were almost inedible. The problem came from the delivery driver, after waiting for some time we went downstairs and saw her texting her friends on snapchat for god knows how long! Furthermore, the wrap we asked for without jalapeños was inedible as my sister detests them. Disgraceful and will not be ordering from here again. 3/10

The most overated hamburguers. The service is awful and the prices are super high. I asked for only a hamburguer and the guy in the cash machine denied me the hamburguer telling me that he only sells the whole meal. I asked for more French Fries and he denied them too. When I bought the whole meal they didn’t give me the doughnut that I payed for.

Burgers are big and tasty! Fries delivery portions decent but they felt little hard/stale. It would be great to accompany with fresh made fries. Maybe invest in a auto slicer machine. Just a suggestion as it will take burgers ahead of the rest. My colleague wasn't happy with the Cobb salad delivered. He said most salad and little toppings but I ve posted the photo of his salad. 21.01.23 Thank you for order delivery placed in last 30'. Usual great Vegan burger and Veggie Sweet Potato/Beans has also excellent taste. Reminded me a sweet pumpkin pie taste at moments. Fries better portion and not stale.

I’ve been eating here for the past 3 years and it’s been delicious every single time. The NY burger is my favorite (try it in double patty version it’s even better). I also take the wings which if you’re a fan of I’d recommend. The service is fast (10/15minutes) which is perfect if you’re in a little rush.

Very impressed. Nice find that is tucked away. The veggie selection was very tasty. They had a crispy patty with beets and a nice sauce. Very affordable. Good for kids. Lots of shade.

One of the best burgers in Monaco, one of my favorite cheatmeal destination. There is sweet potatoes fries, original burger bread with a lot of choices. They also have some nice dessert option available and the delivery is pretty quick, I recommend it!

If you are travelling on budget and wish to have a great meal with reasonable prices then Arrow Burger is the place to go to. A choice of triangular burgers with fries and a drink in a combo meal is enough to get full. Seating is outside, from which some are also under a roof for the rainy days. The atmosphere is nice and the service fast. Recommend!
