INT-151426 I ordered from their website and they told me there might be a short delay of 3 to 5 days, now it's been 14 days and my order hasn't been shipped Unfortunately, their service is poor and they did not adhere to the time specified on the website.

Utterly disappointed with my experience! We placed an order online and our items were split into two shipments (doubling or even tripling the time we have to wait). The website falsely advertised available contents which did not exist in reality. This is simply put a fraud! I received a poorly constructed email lacking customer service or any apologetic or professional touch to it. After all the support shown throughout the years for APM and possibly thousands of euros later this is the behavior I receive. Quite appalling! I'll be considering competitors for my next jewelry acquisition seeing how appalling and poorly managed this company has become. Big thumbs down on this!

My wife and I called in here yesterday. Firstly we were impressed by how affordable the jewellery is, considering the shop is in Monte Carlo. Secondly, the service is fabulous. They make you feel very important, presenting Ferrero Rocher and bottles of water is a lovely touch while we waited for the jewellery to be brought to the table. The girl helping was very nice and friendly. We bought a gorgeous ring and I’m sure this would be the first place we visit the next time we are in Monte Carlo.
