I was there about a month ago for a wash and blow dry…. Waited an hour before my hair was washed, then left sitting in a line of women at the basins for another 15 mins…. There was people in after me who were taken before me, and I felt like walking out then, but I didn’t unfortunately. A guy then called me to a chair and dried my hair, or rather fried it…. The hairdryer was so hot in my head and bits of my hair seemed to be broken at the fringe, which he couldnt manage to even style right and I ended up looking like I had horns. To top it off I was quoted €46 but was then charged €61. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon…. Avoid at all costs!

Waited for 45 min for them to wash my hair just to leave because “oh, just another 15 minutes please”. So sad Monaco is that small and there is absolutely no choice. Really disgusting place on top of everything, smells awful, loud, people not very professional.

The customer experience was absolutely disappointing. The place is small and noisy, the staff does not speak English at all. The blonde hair coloring they applied for me, was terrible and turned orange instantly…. I had to go to another hairdresser to correct their mistake. Waste of time and money.

This salon has some disadvantages: 1. They don’t say you that price before you seat, in other salons in Nice for example the say to you price of the activities with your hair, and you agree, it looks much more honest; 2. Too much people on small area, very noisy, often you have to wait, looks like conveyer.

I was not satisfied. We talked with the hairdresser that dyed my hair about the colour, which was not easy as she did not speak any English.Of source this is a mistake from the salon. You cannot pair a client with an employee if they do not speak the same language. Anyway, in the end she did not mix the colours well and I ended up with a lighter shade on the roots so I had to stay an extra 30 minutes so they could fix it. Also, after 3 times I washed my hair at home the colour became dull. She was very nice though, smiley and attentive.
