We chose Dr. Khan as our primary family doctor since few years, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed for several reasons: 1.After becoming a patient, it was almost impossible to meet with Dr. Khan directly. He was always “too busy” and sent his assistant instead. 2.His staff was unfriendly and often rude to patients. 3.After requesting an appointment review my results with dr. Khan to not his assistant, I was told to leave the office, and they even threatened to call security to remove me. 4.After three years, I suddenly received an invoice that had never been sent to me or to my insurance company. When I contacted my insurance, they confirmed they had never received any invoice from Dr. Khan’s office. The finance department was unhelpful and told me I had to resolve the issue on my own. I was shocked, as I had visited the office more than five times in those three years and was never informed about this invoice. To make matters worse, they later sent a rude letter stating they would no longer work with us or our insurance. In addition, I have noticed that their team appears to post fake positive reviews on Google and even threatens people who leave negative feedback with legal action. I do not recommend Dr. Khan’s office and will be sharing this experience with our community.
