I really happened to chance upon this shop inside Marche de la Condamine. It was not the first shop I visited. The first shop I went and tried the Tourte de blettes then I tried it here, I have to say the Tourte de blettes here wins hands down. I stopped and I looked at the menu, and I saw that there were some local food items that I wanted to try. The female staff inside looked and me and she seemed to know what I was thinking and she asked me if I wanted to try something. I said yes and she knew what I wanted so she served me the Barbagiuan and I said I also wanted the Tourte de blettes. The Tourte de blettes looked really big so I decided just to finish what I ordered to see if I had space for more. The Barbagiuan was so good! I loved how crispy it was and I loved the spinach and cheese inside. Too bad I only ordered one and I only ordered the mini one how I wished I could have more. Then had the Tourte de blettes. It was big and definitely tasted better than the previous one I tried. More flavourful. For me its quite strange its a dessert though it has vegetables in it and it is served cold, but an interesting experience trying Monaco local food. Finally I decided I want to try Fougasse Monégasque and she told me she has a small pack available for me I could eat it on the go. I was so grateful for her assistance and friendliness. The Fougasse Monégasque did give me a shock though, I didn't expect it to look like that though I understood it as flat sweetbread. I didn't know it to be coated with like sugar sprinkles. I got to know the version here only has red and white sprinkles cause that's the colour of the Monaco flag. A gem find and a good recommendation to get quick bites of some local treats.

C'est une très bonne adresse, j'adore , on y trouve toutes sortes de pâtes de raviolis, des très bons plats cannellonis, lasagnes etc...! Très bonne ambiance à ne pas rater!

Agréable et rapide avec des spécialités monégasques et autres (foccacias, tourtes aux blettes, etc). Ca se trouve dans les halles où se trouvent des tables sur lesquelles on peut manger. Menu à environ 10 euros : 2 spécialités, 1 boisson, 1 dessert. Très bien pour manger rapidement avec des jeunes.

I have been to A roca a couple of times . To be honest I really don't find this place appealing in terms of ambience or food. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Ma cantine préférée. On y aime les barbagiuan blettes ou artichauts, une nouveauté. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de service de l'employée qui se démène pour ses clients. Prix raisonnables, mais on aimerait des fougasses plus accessibles.
