  The bouncer is extremely condescending and super rude for no reason. Several times, she has not let me in and told me word for word that I had to make an effort with how I have dressed, even though she was in borderline pyjamas. The hypocrisy sends me to another universe, and I really hope that you hire Plus competent staff in the future.

  I think I'll never go again are 15 years that I frequent Monte-Carlo eh every year in this place the waiters are trained to make you spend without you wanting 2 waiters watch over the table continuing to pour you water and always bring you Nouveau ones so as to spend even just to drink not alcohol Plus than 100 euros then offer you off the menu immediately without telling you any Prix .. classic of those who want to fool you and then make you rise the Prix .. in fact it was empty because people do not want to be fooled anymore .. bad waiter service that treat you like a cow to milk

  Thank you to the whole team of the TWIGA Monte Carlo because the evening was absolutely exceptional! Between the generous dishes and with great originality, we appreciated the impeccable service and dynamism of the whole very kind team. Everything contributed to a memorable experience. As for the animation, a music group with its Italian singer who knew how to inflame the atmosphere.

  We were very well received and the service was excellent. The food is expensive, but delicious. We stayed for the club, and the atmosphere was top. The hospitality manager, Hugo was very professional and helpful. I'd just come back for him. I highly recommend!

  Came for the club around 1-3 am and they didn’t want me to go in then let me in. Staff is very odd like they are expected some drama to happen there so they appear on edge. Seemed like they were watching me even though I was the most poised lady there. The people there were all young, uninteresting and snobby. Not that friendly. Meanwhile I had Plus more than all of them in there as they don’t know who my husband is. But they decided to judge me, maybe because I was black. Who knows. The bartender was nice though. I spent a lot of money on champagne then left for something Plus classier with an older friendlier crowd like at Sass.

  We last visited Twiga in July 2022 and we had a brilliant time. The food is always good but the main attraction is the cabaret shows and entertainment whilst dining - which is it’s unique selling point in Monte Carlo. When we dined there last Sunday there was no entertainment as it apparently only runs on a seasonal basis. I should have checked this before booking. The food was extremely good. We had the fried chicken and fish tacos to begin - portions were on the smaller side but really good. For the main course we both had beef short ribs with a side of truffle jacket potato and it was fantastic. We went for the chocolate and caramel fondant for desert which was heavenly - a chocolate lovers dream. We also had the pistachio ice cream which was great. Whilst we still loved the food, without entertainment Twiga is just another restaurant in Monte Carlo. We would definitely return - but we will make sure there is entertainment!

  This place is a scam. They have a prepayment and say it’s refundable if you Annuler within 24 hours but if you Annuler (we gave them Plus than 24 hours notice), they don’t refund it. We did end up going here for drinks and hookah a different night which was great but they’ve become nonresponsive about refunding the deposit from our canceled dinner reservation so I’ll have to dispute it with my credit card.

  This club in Monaco is an absolute disgrace, fully committed to its discriminatory practices. The manager blatantly lied about availability, only to later admit that entry is based on appearances and clothing brands—a complete joke. They were letting women in left and right, clearly prioritizing those who expose Plus skin while turning men away. Their behavior is outrageous and deserves to be exposed. They rejected me for wearing a Giorgio Armani round-neck T-shirt, yet allowed someone else in with a basic white one. The manager and receptionist are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They claimed round-neck T-shirts weren't allowed, yet I saw plenty of people leaving the club wearing exactly that—what a farce. There was no policy posted anywhere; they were just making up excuses to deny entry. People come to Monaco to enjoy casinos and clubs, but this place turns tourists away, tarnishing the reputation of Monaco itself.

  If you or anyone in your group has food allergies avoid this place. I need to eat gluten Gratuit and my experience was awful. They ask you to wear a bracelet if you have any food intolerance and then don't tell you what you can eat. My food turned up at the end of each course and was woeful. The fruit bowl at the end was excellent though.

  We have booked a table for 2, we were given very bad table with very poor view, but managed to get a better table, waiters were very polite and understanding, so the moved us to a nice table in the middle right in front of the Afficher (that was amazing!) Food arrived on time, was served with a lot attention, waiters were very helpful and the service was amazing! Maybe because it was not full at the time we were there, because everywhere else we have been it was full and the service was on the down side! Twiga was amazing, place, service, food, everything! Would return for sure!

  Disappointed. The food is nothing special. The baby chicken is better at la Mome and the pasta is better at Cipriani. Service is way too fast, it almost feels like they want you to finish asap and leave. They closed it all up and it feels like a usine inside now. It used to be much nicer years ago. Not worth the Prix quality.

  Food was good, service appalling, it was karaoke night and it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak at dinner. I wouldn’t have minded if it started later on in the evening but we had 8:30 reservations and it was already blasting then. We asked to move to a quieter table outside and the staff was rude and unhelpful. We eventually moved after speaking to the manager but it was still not enjoyable. Food was okay, but I would not come back. It was also my friends birthday and when we asked them for a cake we were surprised they actually charged us for it as birthday cakes are usually Gratuit - not a big deal but once again didn’t add to a good experience.

  Great product, groomed and knowledgeable staff. Service is great and the entertainment is always spot on. Good crowd and some dishes are very special, simply executed, but very fresh produce. Will come back for sure!
