We recently received our car Aygo X from Toyota Monaco, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
The entire team was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive — it truly reflects the warm and positive spirit of the dealership.
A special mention to Thibaut, who handled everything in such a great and professional way. His attention to detail, clear communication, and kindness made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
We also had the pleasure of meeting the director, who was equally kind and welcoming. It’s clear that the dealership is very well managed and customer-focused — you can feel it in every interaction.

Très satisfaite. Que se soit lors de notre accueil ou lors de l'accompagnement pour l'achat de notre Toyota Yaris Hybride toute l'équipe de Toyota Monaco a été accueillante et au petit soin ! Je viens d' acheter un véhicule Toyota d' occasion : un vrai bonheur !! Un véhicule préparé et livré comme un neuf : tout est parfait !!! Une super concession ou j' ai été conseillé et guidé et suivi par Mr Patrice Erguy, qui est un professionnel plus qu' efficace, à l' écoute du client, et toujours disponible. L' achat et la livraison ont été sans aucun soucis. L' accueil du client et les démarches, pour toute la partie administrative entre France et Monaco, sont réalisées par la concession : par Mr Erguy et Morgane . Ici, tout est un vrai régal pour le client. Je n' avais jamais connu une telle satisfaction pour l' achat d' un véhicule. Bravo à toute l' équipe de cette concession !!! J' espère que je pourrai trouver mon prochain véhicule chez eux. Et cela même si je suis de Normandie. La qualité de cette concession vaut le déplacement . Un grand Merci à TOYOTA MONACO !!!!

J'ai acheté un véhicule neuf et tout s'est parfaitement déroulé de A à Z. Thibaut Ronne a toujours pris le temps de me conseiller et de m'informer et il m'a également fait essayer la voiture et aidé avec l'assurance. Service exceptionnel de tout le personnel de la concession, excellente voiture (Yaris Cross) et surtout superbe service de Thibaut Ronne. Je recommande fortement!

The commercial department is not efficient and not reliable. Requested certificate of confirmite was not delivered. The explanation was that they had Plus important things to do. Garage service is excellent.

Excellent garage, 5 star service. Would highly recommend. Stephane and his colleagues went out of his way to answer all my questions, made sure the car was veleted so it looked new. Even gave me a tank of gas. Really appreciated all of their efforts.
