Karine and the claims department are bad at their job. If you want to be treated badly and mishandled for over a year this is the insurance company for you.

My little brother has his car insuranced with Suisscourtage Assurances Monaco. The car was flooded in an underground garage 6 months and they still have not inspected the car correctly what a joke! We still pay them. Don't go with them because they will not look after you when you need the services you paid for.
