Here is a nice table on Monaco.
The service is impeccable, the tables perfectly tableclothed , the decor clean and perfect.
The menu is extremely varied.
The homemade pasta is perfectly executed, desserts such as the Suzette pancake made with handlebars, this is very rare , and moreover perfectly executed.

We're thrilled about our experience with this restaurant!
The fact is that you usually visit such places mostly to see and be seen, but this is not the case.
Here it happens that the restaurant is famous, but according to our opinion this fame is justified because of the good and tasty food, the well presented plates, the attentive staff, the whole decoration and atmosphere, the vibe, the class and the elegance and every single detail! Good job!
So this is a case where you spend a lot of money for a dinner, but you get a high valued experience in return, so money is well spent!
Overall we did enjoyed our visit here and highly recomend this restaurant!

Unlucky experience, at least I hope it is, of course expectations are high when you walk into a Michelin-starred restaurant, and you start to wonder if it is really worth it. You expect strong emotions. The order for two champagnes, of different brands, did not go through, they were finished, only the half bottle, or brands with exuberant prices. We were content, in four, with a half. The oysters, a good number had shell chips. I ask the waiter, the wine list, to match a glass of firm red to my friend who tasted meat, but he forgets to bring it. Hasty waiters, busy waiting tables, moving tables in front of us to match them with Nouveau guests, in short, the atmosphere of the romantic dinner had become a dive. For God's sake, the environment is very beautiful, but too dark. I hope to come back and review this judgment. This judgment was shared by my fellow diners.

Restaurant ideally located near the casino... which may explain why the bill is Plus about the jackpot than the restaurant. Otherwise, atmosphere guaranteed: not a smile, even optional.
The carpaccio, presented as fillet, had the tenderness of a doormat. Soaked in oil, with a lemon to squeeze yourself... we participate in the preparation of the dish, which is always an experience, but not necessarily culinary.
Pizza? Let’s say she was there. Not memorable, not scandalous, just... there.
As for the announced Italian side, I think he had to stay on holiday.

Absolutely amazing experience at Rampoldi Monte Carlo! The food was outstanding, full of flavor and delicately prepared. We had dinner at Rampoldi and it was a good but not out of the ordinary experience. The food was well cooked but not impressive. The ambiance was elegant yet cozy and the serving was attentive and polite.
From the menu, we had Homemade Fois Gras Terrine for starters (it’s not in the pictures), Sea Food Risotto and Angus Beef Fillet “Rossini” (I switched the mashed potatoes with Pommes de Terre Sautées) for main course and Tiramisu Rampoldi and Soffleau GrandMarnier for dessert. We also had (appearntly the only one) a bottle of prosecco which was actually very nice.
If it’s one thing you should totally get it’s the Soffleau which was honestly impressive both in taste and texture.
We had a reservation so we did not wait for a table but when we went (around 19.30) it was not crowded.

I was surprised by the mixed reviews. We had a wonderful meal at Rampoldi Monaco. I started with the octopus carpaccio, which was beautifully presented and delicately flavoured, followed by a perfectly cooked black angus steak that was rich and satisfying. My wife enjoyed the fresh oysters to start and a light, flavourful couscous salad for her main.
What truly elevated the evening was the outstanding service from Manuel. I was totally surprised that other reviewers had poor service. Manuel was attentive, professional, and added a personal touch that made our experience feel truly special.
Highly recommend Rampoldi for anyone seeking a refined yet welcoming dining experience in Monaco.

1.The waiter does not ask what and when to bring at the table, meaning the sequence of dishes. Elementary. So that a couple is not separated in the dinning process, one is eating, the other is looking and drewling. What kind of dining experience is that? At a 1 star Michelin restaurant? 2.When ordering wine by the glass, the waiter does not bring the bottle to be inspected. He just brings the goblet with the wine already poured in. Mind you, the Prix is 25 euros per said goblet. 3.The waiter does not even once ask the guest if the food is all right or if everything is ok. 4.The waiter does not offer to bring olive oil, the guest has to ask. 5.The waiter does not clean the table of the pieces of bread. 6.The potatoe puree is brought boiling hot. That leads to several layers of skin in the mouth being stripped away. In a 1 star Michelin restaurant. The puree is full of water. Unedible. This is a scandal. 7.The risotto is not creamy, is watery and oily. 8.The prices of at least two items on the menu are marked 2 euros Moins each, compared to the bill. 9.The cutlery is highscool canteen level. 10. The small pan in which the puree or potatoes are brought to the table is as in a self service. Cheap and low quality.

I did wait quite long time before I give my review here. As I was hoping to do it first directly with someone I respect a lot that is involved with the restaurant and try to understand what was the problem. I do have a past in this Industry and wanted give a chance and find out what went wrong, we can all have a bad day. Unfortunately the occasion didn't come up. As the whole evening was disaster. From the moment we arrived till the end of the evening. Service that was not existing. Limit arrogant when you try to get someone's attention. As they were Plus busy talking between them than welcome or looking after the guest! Food far from what this level of restaurant should deliver. Not to mention that what was in the menu was different when we got our dishes. Without anyone informing or asking if it was OK to change. According to the waiter the chef has decided to change so 🤷 it's like that..My 11 years old son that order normal portion was hungry after 3 cours meal... We know this kind of restaurant! The tendency to have small portions but, let's not exagurate! We finish with dessert that was supposed to be warm, but it was ice-cold... we Envoyer it back and it was not very appreciated! We are based here and we know the place, it was a pure disappointment and it was sad. If they don't make some changes soon I think it will effect in the future.

Been visiting the Rampoldi multiple times the past few weeks, food has been absolutely amazing, however service has been quite terrible all times. Waiters not filling up glasses or clearing the tables, we have had to ask them multiple times whereafter we have been treated with bad attitude. Will not come back here due to the bad service.

The food was good, but the manager/owner (not exactly sure who this person was) racially profiled us and wouldn’t let us sit until he confirmed with the waiter that we indeed were asked by the waiter to have a seat. Very unfortunate that this incident really degraded our experience at the restaurant.

Very average food for such a location, I’ve eaten much much better in far lesser establishments. The three tiny scallops in my starter were slathered in an awful cream and hidden below a heap of cauliflower and ‘stuff’, completely unnecessary and tasted bland and lumpy. Steak main was fatty - and difficult to cut consequently. Service seemed a little ‘snooty’ despite my guest being one of the most high PROFIL people you could meet. I wouldn’t choose to go back.

We had dinner here tonight and the Rampoldi, Rocket Salad and Sea Bass were all very delicious. My husband and I ordered the Tomahawk for 2 and it was very disappointing. The meat was very tough to the point where we could not chew it. We had a few bites that were okay, but not great. The béarnaise sauce was broken and should not have been served. The presentation however was very nice and our server was very professional and very attentive. I’m leaving 4 stars for the food because of these 2 key factors.

Food very bland. No one checked how the dishes were when we were eating so they didn’t have a chance to rectify. We had the seafood risotto (€49) and the beef cheek tagliatelle (€32). Prosecco and Rose were nice. Staff were fine but again didn’t check on us until the end. Bread, oil and butter were good. Would love to have paid for great food but sadly not the case. When the waiter came to clear our plates and ask how it was I said thank you for checking and that it was very bland. He said he would “check with the chef” but they said “this is how it is meant to taste” and nothing else was offered. We paid the full bill and left after finishing our drinks. If you want a bland experience this is the place for you.

There is a saying in Monaco: Hit or Stick. As my family and I were searching for a restaurant to eat, we found ourselves at Rampoldi. While we could have gone to another restaurant, we checked the reviews and chose to stick. To begin with, the wait staff were not good. They treated us like outsiders, and it was obvious which clientele were getting special treatment—the regulars. The bread they brought out to tide us over was not only poor in texture and quality but also stale. The sub-zero butter they provided was equally disappointing, as I had to chisel off a sizable piece. It was truly despicable to be served such items. My sage ravioli was actually very tasty. However, the portion size was an issue. I would understand if it had been Truffle Ravioli, but no—this was sage ravioli. The portion size should be tripled to justify the price. My Truffle mash was the only thing I could not fault. Creamy mash with a healthy amount of Truffle. Overall, do not come here until the staff have been retrained and the chef is a bit Plus generous. And remember to Hit from time to time.

This is best dining experience I’ve had in a long period of time. We had a small dog with us and sat in the outside area. The server was attentive and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The escargot starter was fantastic. For the mains, we ordered the Duck Confit ‘Rampoldi’ and Rossini beef fillet accompanied with foie gras, black truffle and the mashed potatoes. The sauce was perfect. The meat cooked to perfection. We were very impressed and have already booked to come again.

I loved it very much. I liked everything overall, but most of all i loved the presentations of every dish. We went to the restaurant downstairs, for the gastronomic experience, and I was blown away. We ordered a la cartes, but everything was amazing. The butter presented as the map of Italy was mind blowing, as well as the amuse bouché which came out on interesting plates like hands, and corals. Of course the starter, pastas, and mains were amazing too. Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Finally, the chocolate which was a globe at the end, which you had to smash with a hammer to eat was such a surprise as well. I would definitely go again if I have the chance.

I recently visited Rampoldi and was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was breathtaking and the food was exquisite; everything cooked to perfection. This is the BEST RESTAURANT in Monaco! It was just as good if not better in some ways than Louis XV-Alain Ducasse a l'Hôtel de Paris. Their beef tartare is exceptional, and I am usually not very fond of beef tartare. Also the service was great! Very nice ambiance and great service. We went on a quiet night. Ordered the tomato carpaccio and eggplant pasta. Both were very delicious. They also gave us bread, which was amazing. Warm and super fluffy with delicious butter. There was also live music which made it feel very classy. I felt like I traveled back in time. The perfect Monaco meal and it wasn’t too expensive. The total meal was €80, not bad for Monaco.
