VERY BAD EXPERIENCE-STAY AWAY! Having purchased a car from BAC I gave I gave it to them when I decided to sell it. They were unsuccessful in selling the car and when I picked it up one of the 2 batteries was completely dead and I had to buy a new one. When I originally gave the car to Jonathan I specifically asked if he would keep the battery charged and he said yes. I even offered to leave him my charger and he said that they had their own so this was unnecessary. Calling Jonathan took numerous tries before he answered, and I have seen this in other negative reviews. Asking to speak to a superior was ignored. Jonathan finally answered my calls and said he wouldn't take any responsibility for this. Unprofessional person in a poorly managed and unprofessional company. If you are going to sell luxury cars you should have more integrity!

I dont usually go out of my way to critque a bad experience but on this occasion i feel compelled to prevent the same ordeal being experienced by others. Was sold a used Range Rover Sport that was later found to not have a full-service history (contrary to advertisment) due to the suspension and turbo breakdowns. BAC then tried to re-neg on the 2yr warranty that was in place. I would avoid dealing with Jonathan and go elsewhere.

I found BAC Monaco to be very friendly and professional. I had a rather large front suspension and steering job to be done on my 2005 LR Disco III. Steering column, control arms, tie rods etc. etc. Also I needed new brakes front and rear. After emailing back and forth (mostly in English) I was given an appointment a few days out and took my car in. Friendly, attentive, efficient and all conducted in English (which helps me as my French is poor). Maxime checked me in and perhaps you can ask for him if your French is not too great. Frederic the service manager was also good to work with and communicated with me via email which was easy to translate if he wrote in French, but most times he wrote in English. The quote was accurate when compared with the final invoice and the work was provided in a timely manner. The car was returned to me fully cleaned inside and out, which was a welcome surprise. The car now drives like new again. While I appreciate that going to a Land Rover dealer for service was more expensive than going to an independent mechanic, perhaps as much as 30% when you consider the price of parts, the peace of mind and excellence of the service provided more than made up for the additional expense. This was a considered decision by me. I looked around and found that there is an independent specialist in Nice, but I couldn't get their phone number to ring. I met a French bloke with a fantastic Defender and he told me of a mechanic 70 kilometers away in the mountains...not really doable with the car the way it was. So, if like me you need your Land Rover worked on and you are nervous about using BAC Monaco because of the reviews on here...I bit the bullet and went to the dealer and it worked out a treat.

I agree with the previous reviewers. Any potential customers considering to purchase a car from this dealership should be very careful indeed. They are very professional and kind when they are trying to close the deal and make the sale, however once you have paid Bac Land Rover..... the care and customer service is shocking , The handover of the car is terrible and the teething problems you inevitably have not looked into at all!!! The after after sales is horrendous and just wrong. Once they have your money they do not care and will not fix any issues you have, Even though you’ve only just paid them over €100,000 Euro for a car..... The treatment is a disgrace and is one of a backstreet garage, not a reputable brand. If I could leave zero stars I would have . A disappointed returning customer and Monaco resident.

i bought a range rover tdv8 in november .i have the feeling i have been crooked because they sold me the car with 2 repared tyres and then 3 weeks after my car didn t start anymore since november i dont have any carte grise and everybody avoid the problem so i am stocked with a car having the feeling they have abused my trust i am going to sue them if nothing is done .thats the first in my life so carefull with these people
