A budget-friendly hotel located in a quiet part of Monaco, just an 8-minute drive from both the main harbor and the Old Town, with lovely views overlooking the Rose Gardens. In my opinion, it’s better than its 3-star rating. The valet service was quick and efficient and our room was very clean.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay!

We paid €617 for a standard room with a sofa bed. I understand the higher Prix for Nouveau Year’s Eve, but it still didn’t really feel worth it. The windows were quite small and there wasn’t much natural light (depressing). The hotel is also a little far from restaurants. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

We stayed here in August and it was fine. Not great, but just fine. The Pièces are nice and clean, super comfy beds. We also loved the views. What we didn’t like is that the pool is a shared pool with multiple apartment buildings in the neighborhood so it feels like a public pool, also it was pretty crowded. Furthermore the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much fresh options and you had to pay extra for an egg. Not what you expect in Monaco I would say :)

Beautiful hotel and scenery. Tony and staff were extremely nice and helpful after having an issue with my rental car. He was responsive and fixed it ASAP. Emplacement is convenient for public transportation to beaches.

We love the hotel and the Emplacement especially the underground parking. Our car had lots of private space and it was safe and secure. The staff were very nice and accommodating especially Francois Miguel who brought our bags to our room.

I had an amazing stay at the Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was warmly welcomed at check-in and the front desk went above and beyond – they upgraded me two categories to a beautiful large suite, which I absolutely loved. The suite was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, with a great Voir and all the details that make a stay feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The Emplacement is excellent, close to the harbor and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt elegant yet comfortable. This was truly one of my best Hilton stays. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back

We recently had a fantastic stay at Columbus Hotel Monte Carlo. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for our visit. As we were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade — such a thoughtful surprise that made our trip even Plus memorable.
The Emplacement of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to the local centre and bus stops, and the Gratuit shuttle service provided by the hotel was very convenient. Our room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered beautiful views from the balcony.
Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The combination of excellent service, great location, and comfortable Pièces makes Columbus Hotel a place we would very highly recommend. We would not hesitate to return!

What a great Voir the the Sea! The AC worked perfectly and kept us cool during those hot and humid summer days and nights. It was located walking distance to many great restaurants, the water, sight seeing and little shops. The distance to the Monte Carlo’s casino was only a quick taxi ride away! The service was phenomenal!! Great staff who spoke many languages and treated us wonderfully! Breakfast was delicious! They had several options that were all healthy and hearty! If I’m ever in Monaco again I’d stay here!

We stayed here for Valentines, wonderful staff and professional at every level. The room was beautiful and we had a little present waiting for us, much appreciated! It's right outside of the Heli pad, making for easy transfers in and out of the principality.

I particularly enjoy the Voir through the balcony to overlook the garden and the harbour. The swimming pool was excellent as a special treat added to the good holiday. Breakfast was delicious and there were many choices. Unfortunately the hotel is a little far from the train station.

Excellent hotel and great location. Staff and concierge were amazing. Tony is the main man! Ursula, the front office manager was amazing. She made sure everything was to our liking. Anytime we called for towels, hangers or ice the staff was at our door within 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, but not great. Eggs were runny and the bacon under cooked. The toaster machine wasn't working well and it was long to make toast. I suggested they buy a conveyor type toaster, so guests don't have to wait long. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Columbus Hotel over the weekend. The Emplacement is fantastic! Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Monaco without needing a car. Our car was safely stored in a secure garage for a very reasonable price, which is not always easy to find in Monaco. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which was a huge plus. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

The columbus is a great hotel in Monaco with lovely Pièces and fantastic staff. I have read it was a four star hotel and now three (not sure if true or not), but the Google page says three stars and this is the best three star hotel I have stayed in. I can't recall all the staff names, but the lady who checked us in was attentive and explained everything to us. We had great service in the bar too. Room was cleaned and made up daily to a high standard. We stayed for a week and went for a king deluxe room over a king superior and enjoyed spending some time on the balcony in the Monaco sun. The only minor point was at checkout there were a few guests checking out and only one person on the desk so it took a bit of time. Thank you for a nice stay.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic and the best place to stay to enjoy Monaco. The Emplacement is excellent, the Pièces are spacious and very well appointed and the breakfast was delicious. From the minute we arrived and were met by Adrien, I knew it was going to be a wonderful stay. We were then greeted at check in by Ahmed and the excellent service continued. Everything about our stay here was perfect and all the staff were wonderful. Thank you everyone at Columbus Hotel. We will definitely stay again.
