Legia Tejada is a Top Client Service Manager. I have been working with her for years while she has been rotating through other branches. I am in a remote Emplacement of Pennsylvania formally living in Manhattan and now as a retired individual living outside a metro area. Legia is highly productive, reliable, versatile, offers quality results and is truly easy to get along with. I appreciate her and thank you so much Citibank for an excellent hire!!

This branch makes it hard for me to believe Citibank is ranked first in the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. National Banking Satisfaction Study. My relationship with this branch began with helping my mom navigate the complexity of the Citibank service offerings despite being a customer/client of Citibank since the 70's. I had to jump in because they simply could not help her with basic banking. My relationship has since transitioned to the executor of my mom's estate after her recent passing this summer of '25. Now that I am a direct consumer of Citibank products and user of services; I can confirm that the challenges to the relationship with Citibank thru this branch were not due to my mom's advanced age nor her deteriorating health. Trying to execute her estate through Citibank at this branch has been as difficult as can be imagined. I carry a sense of guilt having thought my mom's struggles with this branch were a consequence of her conditions. I have a few Plus steps to go to complete the process of setting up an account for my mom's estate to execute her final wishes. This is a second go around for this because I(as the customer/client) "did not understand the process" and "was not aware of the requirements". So, apparently this is my fault. Note, I made attempts to voice my concerns. I was given an opportunity to speak to the branch manager. Still, seems this was all my doing. I guess I'll have to figure out on my own how to make sure that my concerns don't die with this branch like my mom. Can't wait for my relationship with Citibank to end. My suggestion for anyone else is to not consider entering into one with them in the first place.

If I could give the Clifton branch zero stars, I would. I called the phone number for the branch several times after 9AM and no one picked up. I have a question that I wanted to ask instead of driving all of the way to the Clifton location. It’s ridiculous how lazy the people that work there are. Why have a phone number to call if no one answers it? Do better Citibank.

I had an incredible experience at this branch!!! Edwin Juarez really made a difference!! I went with my dad (70+ yrs old) who had his account locked. Edwin handed the situation like a pro! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient. Citi should be proud of having Edwin.

My favorite Citibank branch in the area. First, the people are nice and helpful. They actually make this branch feel like some local bank in a residential area, where everyone's a neighbor. Second, the Emplacement is just nice: walls, ceilings, art, and all. Has that old-time feel that's too heavy and pompous for most businesses but just right for a bank.
