It is a gorgeous boutique and we would like to thank our client advisor Juliette who looked after us and was very professional & patient with our queries. I commend her for her services. I hope that the landline number for this boutique gets fixed soon so that people are able to book appointments. Upon entering the boutique we did get the vibe that everything was very formal & the staff were polite and businesslike but not necessarily inviting.

I came in wanting to purchase, but didn’t feel like associates were interested in a sale. Purchased from Van Cleef instead, same day. I’ve purchased from Cartier in London, Venice, and Milan within the last year. This store was my least favorite.

Personally i cannot speak highly enough of the service i experienced at Monaco Cartier. I had made an appointment but i was a little bit apprehensive when you think about the wealth that must enter this store and knowing the watch we were wanting to buy was at the lower end of the Prix scale but Hao, my Sales Associate was incredible, and assured me that any Cartier purchase needs to be equally special regardless of price. Hao made contact when i was back in my own country (UK) and this followed through to when we actually entered the store. This was a birthday present for my wife and we were both made to feel at ease from the start, was offered a drink and then were shown the options Disponible at our Prix point and were informed on each watch. It was just what i had envisaged/hoped for when i made the appointment, the experience was fantastic and i can only thank Hao for making this happen and we bought a beautiful Cartier watch. Thank you

Echoing other reviews, the security and staff are dismissive at best and rude at worst if they think you’re not the right clientele. I came in knowing what I wanted to get, but I’ve decided to go to a different store with better SAs.

They didn’t even let me in. Security literally scanned me from top to bottom and with his hand gave me a gesture of brushing me away. Im guessing I didn’t meet their rich person portrayal. Shame. Wanted the tank watch but I guess being Latino is fuchi. I don’t plan on buying in this or any other Cartier store ever. Snobs
