If you want to experience customer service at its absolute worst, Carrefour Monaco is the place to go. Compared to other supermarkets, where staff at least maintain basic manners, this Emplacement stands out for its consistently unfriendly and dismissive attitude. They recruit the worst of the worst or just don’t train them.
The cashiers are especially striking in this regard: rude, unwelcoming, and often displaying eye-rolling, curt remarks, or complete lack of greeting. It’s not just a bad day - this is the norm here. And to be clear: in all my years of traveling and living abroad, I have never seen anything even remotely close to this anywhere else. It is the absolute exception.
If you’d like a normal or even pleasant shopping experience, I strongly suggest you go to Le Marché, where the staff actually treat customers with respect and courtesy. Carrefour Monaco, is a textbook example of how customer interaction should not be done.

Questo supermercato è nel principato e quindi i prezzi sono elevati rispetto alla carefur fuori Nizza, ma qui siamo a Montecarlo quindi con tutti i costi in proporzione. In compenso trovi tutto e anche di ottima qualità, a volte sul food e sugli accessori per cucina trovi ottime offerte.

This is without a doubt the worst shopping centre I’ve ever been to. The supermarket checkouts are a joke and far too small for a large shop which makes the queues very long. On top of that everything is the center is out of order, no atm, no toilets and no working escalator so you then have to queue for the lift !

Before today everything was Plus or Moins good enough , but today l’m pissed off like security Push me Afficher my bag inner on the exit gates without any alarm sounds , just because like he said “it’s a private place and security rules, if I don’t want Afficher my bag inner I should leave it “ and he know nothing about human rights and privacy, enjoying so much with his power - after this conversation I really lost an interest for any shopping- I don’t want be in the place where service don’t respect my rights or I welcome only when I agree to the violation of my human rights and privacy… this visit makes me really sad (((( after 15 minutes my disagreement they giving me a favour and post me come I in with promises check my bag on the exit 😳no apologies no sorries …what a hell ? I don’t feeling safe with my privacy at this place (((( was it exception or it’s normal here ?WHY THERE IS NO SAVING BOXES IN FRONT OF ? And this security us like reason to checking your stuff -it’s stupid and not allowed!

This store is better for pleasing service and good variety compared the other store choices in Menton or La Trinity or even comparing the TNL Nice. Although compact and spread between 2 floors, they do well with the space they have. The people are excellent, the prices decent, the choice almost great.
