I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful young lady named Milana 🤗 at the Apm Monaco store in the Metropole Centre and I can't thank her enough for her outstanding service! She was incredibly professional, attentive and genuinely kind !
Milana treated my family and me with such care, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It's rare to come across someone so knowledgeable and passionate about their work. She made our visit truly special and we left feeling completely taken care of. Milana is a true professional and an asset to Apm Monaco. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service !

I'm a client of apm Monaco. Unfortunately, during my visit, I haven't been approached by any consultants yet. I understand and see that the store is busy, but I also see many of the consultants standing around doing nothing. I simply stood there waiting to be replaced, and I had to wait about 15 minutes. I realize I wasn't going to Chanel or Prada, but I still think it would be worthy of receiving top-notch service in a place like Monaco.
The subsequent purchase went well and the consultants were actually nice and smiling, but perhaps not very motivated!

I wandered around the store for ages, and nobody even said "bonjour" to me. Is this how they treat their customers? Because I look young and dressed casually? You're just a cheap jewelry store; everyone can afford it. It's not high-end stuff like Bulgari. Why do you scrutinize your customers like that? This is the first time I've given a store a bad review on Google. It's nasty.

The worst so-called “jewelry brand” I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Don’t fall into the same trap I did — their elegant storefronts and polite salespeople may draw you in, but beneath the surface lies shockingly poor quality.
I first discovered this brand while traveling through Australia. The boutiques in Sydney and Melbourne are undeniably impressive, and I walked out with three pairs of earrings and three rings. I was enchanted — the designs were so refined and beautiful! I took great care of them, wearing them only on special occasions. That was my mistake.
After just a couple of wears, one of the rings bent out of shape — despite no pressure or damage. Thankfully, a local jeweler back home was able to fix it. Then, stones started falling out of one pair of earrings — also barely worn. It took months of back-and-forth with customer support to get a replacement.
But the nightmare didn’t end there. Another pair of earrings had a broken clasp that stretched during wear. And the third pair developed dark stains on the gold-plated surface — even though I never got them wet, never sprayed perfume or hair products near them, never slept in them, never got caught in the rain.
This is an absolute joke. I expect this level of “quality” from dollar-store jewelry on AliExpress — not from a brand that pretends to be a luxury jeweler.
Customer support is painfully slow, ignores half the information you provide, and refuses to issue refunds. I don’t want repairs. I don’t want replacements. I don’t want to go through the same cycle of disappointment after just two wears.
This is not a jewelry brand. It’s a scam dressed in gold.
Utter disappointment. Wasted money, wasted time, ruined experience. Never again.

INT-151426 I ordered from their website and they told me there might be a short delay of 3 to 5 days, now it's been 14 days and my order hasn't been shipped Unfortunately, their service is poor and they did not adhere to the time specified on the website.

Utterly disappointed with my experience! We placed an order online and our items were split into two shipments (doubling or even tripling the time we have to wait). The website falsely advertised Disponible contents which did not exist in reality. This is simply put a fraud! I received a poorly constructed email lacking customer service or any apologetic or professional touch to it. After all the support shown throughout the years for APM and possibly thousands of euros later this is the behavior I receive. Quite appalling! I'll be considering competitors for my next jewelry acquisition seeing how appalling and poorly managed this company has become. Big thumbs down on this!

My wife and I called in here yesterday. Firstly we were impressed by how affordable the Bijoux is, considering the shop is in Monte Carlo. Secondly, the service is fabulous. They make you feel very important, presenting Ferrero Rocher and bottles of water is a lovely touch while we waited for the Bijoux to be brought to the table. The girl helping was very nice and friendly. We bought a gorgeous ring and I’m sure this would be the first place we visit the next time we are in Monte Carlo.
