The table is facing the counter of waiters with screens and trays and glasses and the back of the tall chairs of the bar top. We have asked to change the table seeing that there were a pleiade of vacant tables, which remained so until our check out amd the answer was no.
The waiters pass at high speed between the back chairs of two neigbouring tables, rubbing against the guest every other minute. The music os very loud coming from a loud speaker pointed towards the very table. The waiter keeps on talking and asking questions that are inopportune from afar, forcing the guest to lean the ears closer to the emmiting source in order to hear n’importe quoi debited by the waiter. She said: Other guest do not like as to come so close ( as to be heard). Agree. Rubbing their body against my had while seated was not ranked us “too close”.
There were several mind boggling novelties in the world of hospitality and restauration.
Without us enquiering, she says:”Don’t you want to know my preferences?” Hahaha
No. I have made my own choice. But don’t let me stop you.
She says: “ If you have the budget ( hahaha) we have lobster and caviar. ( hahaha)
I asked for the cocktail menu, she never brought it.
She considered herself entitled to interrupt us from our conversations several times with various pushy agendas of her own.
When I had the mouth full, she came to ask if I liked the food( hahah). I had to nod-uncable being of speaking with food in my mouth.
I have picked up the glass to drink, from the coaster it was placed on; immediately the desert menu was thrown on top of said coaster, without us asking for it.
I have ordered two starters and I have asked that they are brought one and then the other-sort a main-and she says: “ I can not guarantee that Ican bring them not in the same time” ( hahaha)
When the starter came, it was beautifully presented and I was preparing to take a photo of it, but she destroyed the plating without any consideration for the visual aspect and patronised us mixing the fish and the sauce, totally uncalled for.
20 minute before the expirying time she comes with the bill without us asking for it accompanied by with the words:“I need you to pay.” Hahaha

A Populaire restaurant is a club in Monte Carlo. I'm not impressed with the kitchen here, nor with the service, but the interior is beautifully decorated. Very Populaire with tourists.

How a pleasant evening is spoiled
Dinner started very well.The food very good.The service very good, but at 9.50 p.m. and with a glass of wine just served, we were told that at 10.00 we had to get up from the table.
We were 3 people and the final bill amounted to 546 euros, we left a tip of 50 euros.
I don't think it's a receipt that you get up to one customer to sit down and go around the table twice.
They lost a client who lives in Monaco.

We had dinner at Amazonico Monte-Carlo and overall it was a very enjoyable night, a solid 4/5 experience.
The decoration is absolutely beautiful. The whole space feels vibrant and exotic, full of lush greenery, warm lighting, and that tropical jungle atmosphere that makes the evening feel a bit Plus special and fun. It’s definitely a place you go as much for the vibe as for the food.
The service was okay. A bit nervous and rushed at times, but still polite and efficient. Not the warmest or most relaxed experience, yet everything worked smoothly enough.
The food was good, tasty, well-prepared, and satisfying, with some really nice flavors across the menu. Nothing mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable and worth ordering.
The wine list was rather average and could use Plus variety, especially compared to the overall concept and setting.
All in all, a great-looking spot with good food and a lively atmosphere. Not perfect, but definitely worth visiting for a fun dinner out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Rude manager and incompetent staff
We arrived 20 minutes late, at 750 on January 2. The manager welcomed us saying that the table was cancelled after 15 minutes, so at 745 and that she had called us what never happened. He told us after discussing a bit that he had a table but only until 945. They gave us the ugliest table in the whole room.
The waiter was in a hurry and gave us no advice on anything, spoke little English and was only interested in us leaving at 940.
The food and atmosphere are not bad but everything else spoils the experience.
They have to change the management really bad!

Expected experience
Unlike previous times this time we knew exactly what to expect so no surprises ( small table, avarage food, soft juice like cocktails).
We tried changing the table as we always order a lot and this time we were at least offered an alternative that we appreciated a lot.
Alexis was our waiter and he did an amazing job, knew what we like and how quickly we like to get the dinner over. We enjoyed some dishes more, some Moins but the Prix is really affordable so we cant complain on the quality too much.
Overall when we are in Monaco we ll book at least once the dinner at Amazonico during our stay.

I wanted to thank the Amazonico team as a whole. The home setting as well as the decor was my first experience in Monaco, but I already knew the Amazonico London environment. Well I can now say that there is no picture in between, the food is on a whole Nouveau level. both tastefully and visually. Congratulations to you, we feasted.

Harassed by waiter. Hostess rude.
The security were nice and the food was good. But the service could not have been worse. The hostess would not even look at us in the face, and she got annoyed when we politely asked for another table, as half of the restaurant was empty on that Monday night. Then she ran away without taking our coat, I had to run behind her to remind her.
The waiter assigned to us physically harassed me, he put his arm by my hips when I mistakenly walked towards a kitchen door when I was looking for the bathroom. He also took Plus than 30 minutes to take our order each time, and always had a face like the wanted to kill me. I don’t know his name, but he was skinny and tall, had a beard, and a blue suit.

We have been several times this summer and each time it is always the same pleasure. Certainly the most beautiful terrace in Monaco.

Luxury in appearance, mediocre in reality
A huge disappointment. We expected a high-end experience when we came to Amazonico Monte-Carlo, but we quickly realized that behind the chic décor and cozy Mood, there is only an oppressive, arrogant and unelegant Service.
The servers, far too present, constantly scrutinize you and constantly push you to consume more. It’s hard to feel relaxed when you feel like you’re being watched at every moment.
The cocktail ordered was a bad joke: a gigantic ice cube that occupied all the glass... in the end, barely three sips. An insulting value for money.
The pinnacle: after asking to enjoy a drink on the terrace (which had been confirmed possible), we went to the bathroom. On the way out, the waiter was waiting for us outside the door... to force us to settle immediately. Rarely rude behavior, totally unworthy of an establishment that claims to refinement.
In short: a place where you feel rushed, observed, manipulated to consume but certainly not welcomed with class. Amazonico Monte-Carlo is anything but a quality address.

Exotic mood with good food
Nice restaurant with great decoration. It is exotically decorated, the music atmospheric, the drinks are also served according to the Amazon theme and the food was very good. The Service should be a bit Plus attentive, otherwise we enjoyed the evening.

I had an excellent dining experience at Amazónico in Monte Carlo. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, perfectly suited for both business and leisure occasions. I enjoyed the rump steak and lamb — both were cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. The selection of white wine complemented the dishes beautifully. We have also been to the Amazónico Monte Carlo in the second year after foundation. The ambiance is just very nice, both the decor and the South American live music. The service is very attentive and helpful in the selection and recommendation of the food. We have experienced the quality of the food itself as very good and above all with constant quality. The Prix level is already elevated, but suitable and still appropriate for what is delivered. We will definitely be happy to come back.

I booked it just the same day-Friday- and looked for an inside table so I could get the most festive energy of the place, considering the terrace area Plus talking friendly and family dinner oriented. While waiting for our table to be ready we were served the best passion fruit martini I have ever tasted (I am a quite specialist in this one) on the terrace and must say the Voir was astonishing.I almost rebooked for a table outside. Also, the vibes here were also quite festive but way Moins than inside, so for the views and lighter atmosphere I would go with the table outside.
When we were seated for a dinner the party vibes started after 10:30pm as per usual so no need for a rush to book before and inside was empty even around 9pm but later got super busy.
The food was delightful, sushi was amazing, steak and sides also could recommend but the cocktails are here a must try. I came specifically to indulge myself in cocktails and music as I did and maybe overdid it. Cocktails were out of this world, with the taste and presentation. We were treated with so much love from the hostesses, they were attentive and took the best care of us providing us almost everything we kindly asked for.

To top it all off, the Emplacement is amazing — right next to the Casino and in the heart of Monte Carlo, which made the night even Plus magical.

In the heart of Monte-Carlo, Amazonico offers one of the most stunning views I’ve experienced in Monaco. The atmosphere was truly exceptional, and cocktails were quite enjoyable.
We had several dishes; however, the flavors—particularly the sauces—were a bit too intense for my personal taste. For example, the broccoli and the rice had a very strong sweetness, which made it difficult to finish the dishes. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the salad and the shrimps.
I will certainly return for the ambiance.

The place is nice but the service and food are to forget, they do not listen to you Charred grilled lamb, which waited, on a sad cabaret, 25 minutes before being served. Friends had a table booked and we went to join then. The tall security guy at the door was SO rude and arrogant! I have never experienced this before and I live and work in London and attend some very nice restaurants. His excuse? It was a private party. So we explained that we know and have the name. He didn’t check. He said come back tomorrow. I knew then he was just being difficult as I asked him to check the list and he refused and said ‘I know everyone on the list’ . Really?! So we went away. And our friends suggested they come up and collect us as there may be confusion. Then the tall security guard said it’s because I was wearing white smart trainers. What he didn’t realise was my friend (who came to collect me) was wearing the same ones!! When we pointed this out, he was obviously lost for words and this made him Plus p*ssed off. At this point we knew that for whatever reason he just was not going to let us in so we let lose .., and asked him why he lied about there being private parties, it was full, we’re not on the list etc then claiming it was because of my smart white trainers?! When, in fact, my friend (who was already inside and ‘allowed’ in, was wearing the same ones?!!! Why do these people have such arrogance? Is it a control thing? Is it because we were of colour? I have no desire to go to this place. I’ve read multiple reviews after having this experience and there were so many similar experience experiences - in short, women need to be wearing high heels and a short skirt and red lipstick!!!

Liked this place in the winter, but the service in the summer was a nightmare. We had an anniversary dinner there, but after the main course they said we won’t have time for dessert or Plus drinks because there are other guests booked to dine at our table. Unfortunately lack of service on this occasion will lead to us not wanting to return to Amazonico on next occasion. We were seated on a table that maybe can accommodate two people but only for drinks, and certainly not 3 people that came for dinner. We asked the staff to change our table but there was nothing they could do “giving us excuses, why they cant fix a thing”. Sitting so close to other tables and guests we were given food from other guests by mistake… few times as the food delivery person is different than waiter that takes the order. Unfortunately this place looks super cute as the familiar ones in Madrid and Dubai but it definitely lacks something as service is inconsistent. Perhaps as we came during a busiest time they cant cope with stress but something felt pretty odd. It gave a feeling of a fast food chain other than luxury that SBM is known for. Also security at the entrance was rude just in a way he acted and afterwards came up to have small talks with other employees in the restaurant. There should be some training for them to know how to greet customers while keeping the place safe.

Good vibe, nice food. My experience of the service is somewhat mixed as a gluten Gratuit person: you really should have a printed menu with allergens to offer for the patrons who need it. I’ve had one waiter who was too laissez faire with it, but a great experience with a waitress who took it seriously last time I went. Best cocktails in monaco, beautiful glasses, delicious sauce work on all the plates, gorgeous dining room. My choice to treat out-of-town guests, and the best steak I’ve had here.

The London Amazonico is undeniably stunning, just like its Monaco counterpart, but unfortunately, it suffers from the same issue — it simply doesn’t deliver a truly great experience. Somehow, the layout and overall atmosphere never quite come together. We’ve genuinely wanted to enjoy both locations and have given them several tries, but something about the experience consistently falls short, though it’s hard to pinpoint exactly why. Pros: Beautifully designed spaces. Professional and friendly staff (particularly in Monaco; London’s service is Moins polished, but that could be down to the city itself). lovely management team. Cons: The food, while perfectly adequate, doesn’t stand out or feel special. The layout of the tables and the height of the chairs seem to create a slightly uncomfortable or disconnected atmosphere. It’s such an unusual thing, and I wish I could articulate the issue Plus clearly because it might help them improve. While I don’t plan to return to the London location, I’ll likely continue visiting the Monaco restaurant, as there are fewer alternatives here, and it’s far from dreadful. It feels a little harsh to say it’s not great, but I always aim to provide honest and balanced feedback.

Atmosphere was awesome, I liked the seating we got for 2 on a „booth“ seat so we both had a look at the casino and were close to each other. Food was very tasty expect for the duck breast in my arroz chaufa, but the rice was so delicious that it made it up for the dish. We also really enjoyed the roasted pineapple and the chocolate fondant. Don’t miss the signature cocktails in animal glasses.

On Friday evening myself along with a group of four guests attended Amazonico Monte - Carlo for the first time. The atmosphere and music is fantastic and vibrant along with the dinner and cocktails. After spending thousands of euros on dinner and multiple rounds of drinks we decided to go to the club downstairs to carry on our evening at Amazonico. The club room is beautiful, we chose a booth to sit down and enjoy our drinks but this night was especially quiet possibly due to the DJ’s poor music choices. We left just after 3am. Saturday night we returned to Amazonico at 1am to go to the club, again we chose a booth to sit down and enjoy our drinks, the DJ this night Sylvain Luka was amazing and clearly loves what he does, the music was exceptional, the club was a little busier this night but you were still able to dance and buy drinks at the bar within a reasonable wait time. Surprisingly at 2:45am after buying multiple rounds of drinks and spending a good amount of time in the booth we had one of the waitresses in a leopard Imprimer shirt tell us that the booth we were sat in was reserved and we had to leave, we were confused and thought there must be a mistake as there was not a reserved sign on the table when we got there and the club closes at 4am. Who reserves a table when the club closed in an hour ? Next a security guard came over to us the day the same thing we need to leave the booth as there is a reservation, he said it is irrelevant how much money we have spent at Amazonico but it is about the reservation. I asked what time the reservation is for and we will be happy to leave the booth then. He could not give me an answer. Later the supervisor his name Hubert then came over slapped a menu on the table and said we must buy a bottle or leave, I explained we had just bought another round of drinks and do not need to buy a bottle. He then walked away. I wonder what happened to this reservation they had been telling us about ? For the last hour of the club being open the staff then purposely tried to make our group feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by continuously staring at us and waitresses removing drinks from our table that we bought but had not yet finished. I mentioned this to Hubert but he did not want to listen, he did not even apologise for the removal of our drinks or even offer a replacement, he did not believe us but if he looked at the CCTV it would be clear. Hubert told us he ‘let us’ stay at that booth all night and should be grateful but we were never greeted by any staff member when we arrived in the club ? Very unprofessional I have never ever experienced treatment like this in Monaco in all the years I have visited. All we did in Amazonico was spend a lot of money on their food and drinks and be of no harm to anyone to then be treated like this ? Unfortunately after speaking with local Monaco residents apparently we are not the first to have experienced this treatment at Amazonico Monte - Carlo. This is not a good start for Amazonico in Monte - Carlo which could be extremely successful and have returning customers if they make necessary changes and provide training for management and security. This is not a good reflection on the Paraguas Group. If you are looking for another establishment in Monaco with similar vibes I would suggest Twiga or Sass Cafe where our custom has always been welcome.

So I’ve been to their Dubai location, but I wanted to try this Emplacement as well. The food quality was consistent with their Dubai location, I had my favourite dish and also got cocktails. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and although I was solo and wanted a table on a busy night, they arranged that right away. The ambience and music is obviously fun and I highly recommend visiting if you are traveling solo and want to eat and enjoy the vibes without feeling “weird”. My only issue (4 star on service instead of 5) was with the gentlemen working at the door downstairs. In Monte Carlo everywhere you go they can arrange a taxi for you, the gentlemen at the door were very dismissive and rude and did not help me with the taxi, I almost broke my ankle trying to get cab and I did not necessarily want to to walk by the street in high heels alone in Monte-Carlo if you know what I mean. It’s fine if they absolutely could not do it, but if they just refused and dismissed me , then that’s very horrible and disappointing.

Absolutely a great place to visit!!! I see some people complaining about security at the entrance and i saw some people getting rejected in front of me in the line. Ofcouse you get rejected when you are dressed like you go to the beach or not properly to visit a place like that. I wouldn't like to have people like that next to me at a so nice place. We visited late at night and we had no reservation so i was prepared that we may not find a table. The place was full of people although the manager found us a very nice table and close to the live music too. All the staff was pretty friendly and nice. Food was very good and the Voir is outstanding. I will definetely visit again. The only sad part is that i didn't visit their bar cause i had to wake up early in the morning but it seemed very nice.

I’m local, resident in Monaco 🇲🇨. That’s very bad, too touristic, very ordinary food but heavily overpriced. They only gave you a bad table with no Voir unless you are rich Arabs. Never recommend to come. There are many other fantastic restaurants in Monaco to enjoy.

Usually, everything is good, people do not leave a review, and when everything is very good or very bad they find time to write a review. It is a pity when a restaurant with an excellent thoughtful design from the ceiling to the plates gets a rating of "so-so" ... the service is bad, the food is very bad. I am a huge fan of Amazonico. I really love my experience here at Monte Carlo. Both the service and the food were as good as it gets. I literally cannot recommend any dish Plus than the other as every single dish was really tasteful and had unique and exquisite flavors.

I visited Amazonico for dinner with a friend, and while our dining experience was pleasant, what followed left us disappointed. The waiter and restaurant manager were very nice, and they even invited us to the terrace for a drink afterward. However, when we arrived at the terrace, the experience took a turn. Despite there being five Disponible tables, the bar area manager made us wait unnecessarily. Once we were finally seated, we received our drinks after about five minutes, but to our surprise, we were immediately asked to leave to accommodate other clients. We hadn't even taken a sip of our cocktails before being asked to vacate the table. The waiter was polite, but the manager, Zoe, was mean and unprofessional. It was particularly disheartening because we noticed that, as two ladies, we were the only ones treated this way—no one else was asked to leave. Unfortunately, this experience tainted what started as a nice evening. I will definitely not be going back, and I cannot recommend this place.

Ordered a table for 2 and got a place somewhere far from the center where the live music was, when asked to change, they told is it was impossible! We started dinner at 19:15 and the food was good, especially the desserts! Unfortunately we were told to leave our table because they needed it for other guests! I was told on the phone when asked to stay longer, that is was possible to get a table for drinks afterwards so we could stay any longer, but unfortunately we were asked to leave! For the rest of, really nice place to be!

I was late for 15 minutes and they offered me a table by the grill it was quite warm I couldn’t stand so I asked for other table and they said it’s fully booked and then we offered a table on the lounge it was nice They served the food all in one which I don’t like :( Chicken salad is my favorite.. I have been to Amazonico London and Dubai Monte carlo was not the best to be honest:(

Wow what a hugh cool place directly at the casino monte carlo. Highly recommend this for dinner, sitting together with friends or going out for party. Service is fast too and all in all a very great experience.

Cinke served us at the bar outside, and his customer service was impeccable. We’ve been served by many different people at restaurants and bars and Cinke really demonstrated the highest level of customer serve and courtesy. Made the experience a whole lot better. Bar is wonderful, but didn’t eat in. Would imagine the food is very good.
